Amazing, friendly, patient & kind women who made me feel so confident in an understated chic ensemble for my highschool reunion, so you know the stakes couldn’t be higher ? Full of positive & supportive energy, I immediately knew I could really trust their advice on the fit being flattering & comfortable. I was overwhelmed by the sincere spirit of helping me “style” a COMPLETE look without pressuring me to buy everything instore. The personal attention was luxury quality & free!! She even took the time to explain to me how the pricing schedule works. I cannot remember the last time a shopping experience made ME feel so grateful.

If you don’t look like a blonde middle-aged white woman consider yourself ignored by all the staff here. There were several employees and not a single one greeted or made eye contact with us, just kept chatting amongst each other. My friends and I felt extremely uncomfortable and left quickly. Unprofessional staff and overpriced items.

Went into the shop and no one acknowledged me, asked could they help or was there anything I wanted/needed. Found some of the things though designer outdated or worn for the price.

I must have looked sketchy because nobody greeted me. The employees kept right on chatting with each other (one was eating) and avoided any eye contact with me. I stayed for a few minutes but left because I felt very out of place.
I could understand if I’d been shopping at Saks but a consignment store, not so much. Won’t be back.

Yesterday I went in needing outfits for a trip to California, with some anxiety of finding what I needed because clothes shopping intimidates me. Two people helped me and by help I mean became my new BFFs and found me so many cute pieces, and showed me how to wear them and what to pair with them. "You just need your girlfriends helping you," said the person who checked me out. So much added value! Thank you Queenies. 11/10 will be back!

I normally don't complain, but as a first time customer here, I felt invisible to the staff. It's a small store with lots of stuff, so a person might need help, however, though there were plenty of staff on duty, not one made eye contact even. Not one smile or greeting. The inventory was very pricey for what is basically a used clothing and furniture store. They do have the right to charge what they wish, but I will not be going back.

Best consignment store in the area. Friendly staff, three dressing rooms and a couture section. Plus Shoes, coats, and jewelry. Lots to choose from.

Everyone is super friendly here and exude a flow of positive energy! It was my first time visiting this place as well as shopping at a consignment shop, and I can’t wait to return!Like most, I wait until the last minute and Blythe, Nina, and Paula were all so helpful in helping me pick out the right attire from head to toe (literally!) for tonight’s event! I felt like a spoiled Princess preparing for the Ball! ? Their extensive selection of clothes and accessories are 10/10! I can spend hours here!Thank you to the sweet staff and friendly patrons that made my first time here a positive experience! Will highly recommend this place in conversation!
