Sasha was amazing. I had anxiety about the blood draw and have been known to pass out. She totally put me at ease, let me sit in the recliner and kept me distracted with interesting stories about her children.

This Quest is fine, but Tasha the phlebotomist is a stand-out. She was incredibly professional, competent, and compassionate during the blood-draw process. I am typically a difficult stick but she was so experienced that it wasn't a problem. Highly recommend her as a phlebotomist if anyone is a difficult stick and needs to go to Quest for blood work.

I was able to make my appointment as little as 3 days prior, showed up 50 min early and was seen almost immediately. Sasha was who drew my blood and I am a hard stick. She got it immediately and painlessly. Also can I mention I got my labs back within 24 hours? Blood draw Friday afternoon and Saturday I have the report. 5 stars

Sashs who did my blood draw was brilliant ! She was very very through to make sure all the information was correct, she was very friendly and welcoming and her blood drawing was perfect with no pain or bruising - Excellent member of staff and I hope I get Sasha again (It was the Win Rd center in Decatur) - I had some results back in 24hrs too
