School starts next Monday and I dropped by blazers off to Embroidery World on Wednesday. I was told I would have them by Sunday. I came back the next day to drop off ELEVEN shirts that were previously given to another vendor on July 18th that still had not even been touched. I got a call the Saturday before school was scheduled to start to say both orders were ready for pick up. 10/10… I definitely recommend!!!

These reviews don’t do them any justice ! When I tell you these are some good ppl I was almost fooled by the reviews but they did a great job and the turn around was great 3 days for my kids uniforms !!!

Shut this place down!!! Just like everyone else said. Placed order…. Never heard back! And I noticed they changed the name! They are still raggedy EMBROIDERY WORLD @ SOUTH DEKALB MALL!

I had a disappointing experience. I dropped off one shirt on a Thursday and was told it would be ready by Monday. I paid in full upfront, but then didn’t hear anything back. I called multiple times over the next 2–3 weeks before finally getting a response.
When I eventually picked up the shirt, the embroidery wasn’t what I asked for. It wasn’t horrible, but definitely not what I expected based on our original conversation. Overall, communication and follow-through were very frustrating. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re on a timeline or want something done exactly as requested.

Dropped off blank merchandise 3/19/25. Visited the place on several occasions. I was patient but nothing was started so I took my merchandise 4/24/25 and requested a refund. They do not care about your time and when you need it wish I could give no stars for lack of communication and professionalism

As I looked at the rating of 2.8, I made perfect since pertaining to my experience. I didn't actually get anything done, and it's because the prices are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, I MEAN HIGHWAY ROBBERY....These dirt bags try to charge me almost $200 to get my line name and number, chapter and year on a sweater.......wait what!?!?!?!. That's a 35 dollar job, 50 max. I've been Greek for almost TWENTY years. My line jackets didn't even cost that much, even ones we made recently.
This business is a JOKE.
When I asked the guy what was the rationale behind his pricing, he said because it's gone be done before Christmas. Wait a minute, this is t a gift, and since when does Greek embroidery EVER have anything to do with the holiday season!?!?! I said ok, how about after Christmas, he said $159 😂😂😂😂😂😂... SCRAM!!!!!!!!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TREASON, highway robbery and this clown is trying to get over....DONT EVER EVER EVER support this business or give them any of your hard earned money!!!!

I used this business many years ago and was very pleased with the service I received, HOWEVER, whoever these people are now, should shut down and discontinue attempting to serve the public. Inefficient service and rude when confronted about the poor service. As one other reviewer indicated, they guy there cursed me out because I asked why my order was not ready on either of the two deadlines THEY gave me. Not another of my dollars will be spent there.

I sent off my jacket 11/11/23. I was told the jacket would be completed in 2-3 weeks. Today is 1/3/24 and I have called today and my jacket is still not completed. The service is the slowest I have ever come across. There is no sense of urgency. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve been using this company for the last 6years since I opened my Childcare centers. My Staff, Parents and myself absolutely LOVE it!!! The customer service is great, and the turn around is even better, being that I took over 15 shirts in on Friday 8/5 afternoon (3 days before school starts) and was told that it would be a week when I could pick them up, I totally understood that being that this is their busiest time of year. I received a call on Saturday evening 8/6, they told me my shirts were ready, and I could pick them up! I will continue to do business with Embroidery World, as long as I’m in business ❤️

The Business is by far the worst as it relates to Customer Service! The owner and the staff are Horrible by far. I dropped my grand sons shirts off over 1 week ago to have some Academy Logo’s added to the shirts and it’s unfortunate that 1 week later the shirts are not complete. I tried to explain that I live an hour away & if it was possible to at least tell me when the shirts would ready for pick.. The Staff refuses to appreciate my business and informed me that they didn’t have a turn around time and it’s been over a week!! Their disposition is Nonchalant, RUDE, & disrespectful to the Elderly!! I asked for a Refund & they again refused to give me a Refund & will not give me an estimated pickup time.. PSA Community Pls DO NOT USE R R EMBROIDERY WORLD they do not appreciate our business… Unsatisfied Customer!!!
