Browsed around, found a few pieces (they were on the wrong racks price wise, but I liked and wanted them) so the store is fine, but the employees with whom I interacted really put a damper on my day/shopping experience.. Two folks were at the front and as I walked around looking confused at the front one of them asks “can we help you find suntin?” to which I respond that I’m ready to check out. I asked for a price verification (which is when I pointed to the signs that say $3 (that item was $5) and $7 in the plus section). Knowing that sometimes prices listed and in systems don’t match, I was asking if it would ring up the same in the system. The cashier then lets me know what the total would be (without tax bc she said she couldn’t ring it up and then void it?? sounds wrong as someone who has worked in retail.). All of this was done with a nasty attitude (I asked how she was doing first, she didn’t ask back). Overall, I had a piss poor customer service experience. On different shifts, I’ve had people greet me when I walk in, but none of that happened. I was really disheartened and actually hurt by the attitude I received and the energy of the exchange. I hope there is better customer service training in the future and that folks don’t have to deal with the attitudes of the folks on this shift.

Picked up quite a few things only to be told that their credit/debit card machines were down due to the weather and could only use cash to make a purchase. I don't carry cash so had to leave empty handed. So not cool. I'm just saying, #igotissues. What about you?)i(

I recently visited this location and I must say my shopping experience was horrible. The manager which is pregnant were very rude and unprofessional. She makes the environment very unwelcoming. She needs to seek customer service training immediately. I will not be spending my money again.

They have the worst customer service ever.. especially the manager the one that is pregnant.. I tried to do a return today at the store and all she kept saying was I am too pregnant to be doing all of this. She was so rude and so disrespectful I will never go to this location again. As well as this older woman that was a sales associate with a short bob.. Her an the manager was just talking so bad about me trying to do a return I cannot believe a manager would act in this type of manner, and allow her associates to do the same.. if you want great customer service, please do not go to this location..

Merchandise is packed in so tightly that it makes shopping a challenge. But great discounts on clearance items, and a friendly cashier made up for it.

Soon as I walked in the door I found 4 dresses! Most of the shoes in my size where gone already, but that's normal. I enjoy this rainbow !
