This bank has consistently hired the most laziest incompetent staff I have ever seen iny life. I called repeatedly last Friday morning and no one answered the phone until 11am. When I asked to make an appointment for Saturday morning to open a second business account I was told to "just come in". When we got there I was informed that I would have to make an appointment for a weekday. About a year ago I applied for an auto loan over the phone with the branch manager. I later found out that the application was denied because she submitted it without all of the information. An incomplete application! Regions HR department can surely do better! They can hire a better staff for his branch.

Had a great experience with the customer service team at the desk. Super friendly and quick service!!! Regions is my bank so if I need to go into the bank for any reason I would definitely come back to this location!

If I could, I would give zero. The staff doesn't know anything. They don't give credit cards to any non resident person. I had to go twice and spend a lot of time to know that.

Worse bank I have ever seen. It resembles more to a ponzi scheme organization than to a financial institution. They promised 1000 sign up bonuses. I had multiple unauthorized charges on my account, which turned out was initiated by a 3rd party that is actually some subsidiary or affiliate of Regions. Never received the bonus ( they keep saying: “ oh we see it in our system, you receive it in may” than “in june “ “ july “ . But all I received was 100’s unauthorized fraudulent charges that they refuse to investigate. When you walk in the first time , please , please believe in your first impressions ( goose p*** green bicycle and very bad vibes): RUN!

I opened a saved box Today at Decatur Regions branch and Roberto did such a great job in the branch and over the phone as I called the branch 3 hours prior my arrival to check the saved boxes availability and Roberto response was professional, quick, and quality services which got approved for 10 out of 10 rating in my personal experience.

Worst location. And now the office is closed and by appointment only due to having a short staff, meanwhile the other Decatur location was running with only 2 ppl and a security guard. If you don’t want ppl to come here just say that.

Got a 500 dollar bonus offer from them to open an account and after having done so, when it was time for them to deposit that $500 into the account nothing. I went to the branch to acquire about what happened and they tell me they have to put in an incident ticket to figure out what's going on and it could take up to a month. Sounds really get you to me. Especially since I see in the comments that I'm not the first person this has happened to. I told the lady that they have two days to give me a response or they can close the account and give me my money back. I have never heard of them and would have never banked with them had they not sent me that offer. I have done this with Chase, Wells Fargo, and Citi with no problem. I guess you learn quickly who honors their words and doesn't. Their loss because I am sure going to tell everyone I come across about my experience.So after two business days they deposited $500 to my account. I still don't know the reason why but at least they made it right. My advice to anyone else is to keep any of the promotions that they send to you even after the initial time you open the account.

This is the Closest branch near me. I can’t cash a check here because it’s not a drive thru available and they have a sign that’s says they are only accepting customers in lobby by appointments only and to call! Well they aren’t answering the phone and this is so inconvenient! On top of this I have to drive another 15 min to the next branch ! Very disappointed!

I went in to open an account with an incentive of earning an extra $500 for keeping a certain amount in the bank. I did what I was told was required of me to get the bonus...when it came time to deliver I was told I didn't one of the requirements were not met...a minor requirement of opening an on line account in 30 days and a requirement I knew absolutely nothing about. I feel it was a technicality they use to keep from paying up.....false promises!! Poor leadership/management!!Bankers beware!!!!!!

So far I've had really great positive and professional experiences with this location. Each time I've had banking business I've always been greated with warm and cordial tellers. The tellers have always gone out of there way to assist and are very helpful. I've been banking with Regions for almost a year now the visits have been quite pleasant customer service is excellent!
