I bought A 2018 Ford focus soon as I get it drove about 40 miles to check engine Engine light came on as soon as I purchase it. Also, the drivers side tail headlight needed a harness for the tail light front headlight was out no gas cap onto the gas tank had to get all these repairs done to the car. Then when I reached out to them, they were very rude not very considerate of their customers when you are renting a car, whoever you are renting from is responsible for it and to get it fixed while you’re renting, it never helped had me to reach out to finance company which you can only reach out to them through a text which I don’t think that’s right at all I will never prefer anybody to these people unprofessional and very rude when you come around and you see the name ride today you better takeoff running this place need to be closed Plus when you get a vehicle, they supposed to disclose that the vehicle and what condition is in never once did I hear the vehicle was refurbished that should’ve been disclosed when I first got the car was they waited till I had an issue with it and then told me the car was refurbished very unprofessional then want money on time not fair to me that I had to spend almost $1000 to get my car fixed and on top of a car payment that shit ain’t right

★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend Ride Today
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to warn others. My experience with Ride Today was completely unprofessional and dishonest from start to finish.
• I was misled about the condition of the car I purchased. It had major mechanical issues within days of driving off the lot — issues that were clearly hidden during the “inspection.”
• When I reached out for help, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I was passed around from person to person with no resolution.
• They advertised a warranty, but when I needed to use it, they claimed it “didn’t cover” the exact issue I was having. Total bait and switch.
• The interest rates and fees were outrageous, and they didn’t fully explain the financing terms until after I was locked in.
• Most frustrating, they don’t seem to care about their customers at all — just making a sale.

Got my daughter a 2017 Hyundai sonata from here and so far no issues what so ever! We did have to replace tires and air filter but that's everyday wear and tear maintenance. I would definitely recommend this place just take the time and throughouly look at the vehicle from end to end, don't be afraid to pop the hood and check fluids!!! We looked at a few and finally found the one and couldn't be happier!! Thanks so much

Don’t go don’t go don’t go I didn’t want to give no stars listen to the reviews I wish I had of read them before going we Brought the car Saturday check engine light came on Monday for the catalytic converter and transmission went out 5 days later it car has as oil leak it’s all over my garage floor …my husband has to buy oil every day to drive of course they are yelling it’s as is and they won’t fix it . I understand the as is policy ,BUT they shouldn’t List of vehicle for $13,000 if it needs $8000 worth of work and also you should list all the underline issues and let the customer decide if they want to take it as is with the issues that you listed because of course, if you mention the Catalytic converter and transmission was bad we wouldn’t have gave you the money just to have to get it fixed two days after buying the car…they don’t do nothing but clear the codes on the dashboard long enough to get a signature then BOOM the problem is your and start screaming AS IS this is why I don’t shop either black people but my husband took a chance

These PPL ARE SCAMMING INNOCENT FAMILIES OF MONEY. This company is buying cars they know have issues and reselling it for crazy amounts and because you are desperate they feed off of it.. RUN. THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING!!!!! I witnessed it first hand!!
****** IN RESPONSE TO THE ANSWER*** look how they are spelling the words and talking!! These folks are clearly scamming and are upset ppl have caught on. They are SELLING LEMONS. When we reached out to get assistance they replied “THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO” they never offered a $1 tow inspection nor did they offer financing or help!!!! In fact they did the complete opposite!!!!

Please look at review before you buy do not waist your lovely time they are horrible when I say they sold me a peice of trash they sold me a piece of trash the same day I bought the car it stopped on me on the middle of expressway it’s unsafe and then when I took it Back The same day they gave me a very hard time telling me there is no thing we can do it was less that 24hours the car was messed up

If I could rate 0 stars for this company I would. Run far away from this scam company!!!! They take your money and tell you “as is”. I purchased 2013 Chevrolet Malibu 6/10/24 mechanic specifically stated that the lights were cleared from the dash with out the problems actually being fixed, vehicle was still marketed to sale. I Drove 40 mins on expressway, vehicle cut off on me, vehicle also cut off at almost every stop light and I had to turn back on , sometimes it stalled to cut back on !!! With me and my child in the car could’ve cause very bad accident on road. I Told financing that I was bringing the vehicle back and they stated they would “work with me” and would fix it but still never fixed the issue. They are refusing to give me another vehicle told me I had to pay $500 to trade or upgrade when I already paid $1500. I left the vehicle at the lot and told them that they can keep their lemon cars. Between June 13-16 the company tried to redeem themselves and put me in a different vehicle with this issue being ongoing, I’ve received 3 different vehicles from this company from the original vehicle that I initially received. Every last vehicle majorly has issues including the vehicle that I am currently in. This company is still refusing to give a refund, or even fix the issues that I have told them about. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this company. Hopefully they get shut down for good soon. The owner of this place, financing, and sales man are no good and all work together to sale lemons. You have been warned!!!!

When I say RUN FOREST RUNNNNNN I MEAN IT RUNNNNN I financed my car on May 08 and it’s July 22 n I still can’t get my car registered. They offered me a dealer tag that I do not want to use. The finance company has been telling me since June they are looking into why I can’t register my car and a month later just now telling me the car i financed have a hold on it with the state from previous owner. Byron sit in the office and act like he is the slowest of all slow car salesman’s and can’t provide no information when I ask him he acts like he don’t know how anything operates then the finance company don’t have a phone u can call u can only text through a text now app THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND I WOULD NOT SUGGEST MY WORST ENEMY TO COME FINANCE FROM if Byron was brushing his teeth infront of the police talking business he will brush them infront of you while trying to finance a car everything is just unprofessional

My son got a car from this company he haven’t had his car for a whole month and it shut off on him.He had the car diagnosed and the car has a bad transmission and a lot of others issues with it.My son was willing to get car fixed but the company wasn’t willing to work with him on car notes so yes this company is a scam and should be investigated and reported for selling lemon cars.So please I want to warn you not to waste your money just to mess up your credit…and it’s crazy because they been threatening us to come repos the vehicle and yet to come .SO IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CREDIT MESS UP AND SCAM OUT YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY DONT SHOP HERE WHAT?

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. I shouldn’t have done business with them from the first encounter I had with them, but I desperately needed a car. The first car I test drove, the windshield wipers wasn’t even working and it was raining that day. Then a few weeks later, I came back to check out another car 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe and it was fine with no lights on and then I had to replace the battery cause my car died on me a month after purchasing the car and I haven’t had my car but for a few months after that and the checked engine light comes on and was broke down on the side of the expressway with my babies in the car. I had it towed and I reached out to them to fix the problem and they was pretending to be accommodating saying that I can finance the repairs. I put 3500 down for a car that isn’t drivable. Then they send you to this auto repair place to try to get more money up out of you. Then they state that they will help to get me another engine for the next day, text me and say that they changed their policy and they can’t work on cars anymore and now I am out of car and money because of this unprofessional business that needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! You only able to reach out to them via text and the finance person is rude, unprofessional and illiterate. They send message about other people stuff to your phone and then text and say, “sorry wrong person.” They basically send us the same text message verbatim to us when a problem occur with these lemon cars they sell. If you don’t do anything else or get anything else from reading all of these comments and reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RIDE TODAY! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
