Very much unprofessional behavior when I entered no greetings when I asked I want eyebrows threading she asked to wait the salon wasn’t busy at all. She was talking on the phone first I thought it would be an important call but then I can understand hindi language she was gossiping on the phone with some and asking me to wait to wait for 5 minutes. Then she came from the kitchen without sanitizing her hands she started doing my eyebrows. I use to come here 5 years back always never had this kind of experience that time. But the staff now is terrible, unprofessional no sanitization.

DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!
The taller lady was REALLY REALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She doesn't even know HOW TO CUT!!
The first shorter lady that was initially cutting my hair messed up my hair, and even she didn't know HOW TO CUT!! How do you even open up a place like this when you DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO CUT!!!
THE WORST PART IS THAT AS SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR SHE SAID "Since your haircut is very complex we're gonna charge you $20" COMPLEX?!?!?! HOW IS GETTING A NORMAL HAIRCUT COMPLEX?!?! I was supposed to get 2 lines on the left side and a proper line up BUT after I saw how and what the did to my hair I LITERALLY HAD TO STAND UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME "Why didn't you just go to your personal barber if you're not satisfied with this"
I could go on and on about all the rude things she said to me! SUCH AN ATTITUDE!
I've attached my pictures after I reached home and fixed it up myself as much as I could but I have to just get rid of it all because I can't save this madness! I'm gonna attach a reference picture that I showed them before the haircut, so that they can cut it exactly like that.
I attached the before and after. My sides are just gone now.
I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS! Because I didn't pay you to mess up my hair like this!

I really wish I had not came here. The lady was rude and did not do her job correctly. Me and my cousin came here for brow threading and a brow tint. She did not leave the brow tint on enough and she made it look like half of her eyebrow was gone. She did not do my eyebrow threading correctly either, the top part of my right eyebrow didn’t even got touched. I would not recommend this place to anyone, complete waste of money.

I always receive excellent services from Ruby Beauty Center, especially when I see Munira and Asmina. I go weekly and I get the best service from both Asmina and Munira. They work on the weekends and are excellent...Asmina is my new best friend. Dee
