Sally Beauty is a clean, tidy, and well-stocked go-to beauty store. The staff are consistently pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Employees are welcoming, kind, and easy to talk to, often guiding customers to the right products. They provide wonderful customer service, helping with decisions and explaining details like color shades and developers. The team is always sweet and ensures a wonderful trip, with staff members noted for being truly appreciated. Many customers state they will only ever come to this location.
Every time I go in, the women who work there offer help. They’re always super knowledgeable about the products, and give good recommendations. They also all have good, kind, soft vibes which reminds us that things will be ok and the world is not all lost.

This Sally’s is my new go-to location. The store associate was so supportive and helpful. She greeted me right away, stayed with me while I decided which hair dye and toner to get, and was present. She was knowledgeable and had great advice. My hair turned out amazing thanks to her.

i love the cashier! i forgot to catch her name, but i came in around 3pm on 7/27! she’s such a sweetheart and is always so kind everytime i come in :)
