Unit has been shut down by local government since august (until at least December atp) and they refuse to offer any discounts or confirmation that items are not damaged despite not being able to access my unit for 4 months. At this point I need my winter clothes, I need my luggage, I have items I need and despite being told over and over that someone will contact me, no one ever has. I am paying for a unit I am not allowed to even use, at full price, and am not permitted to get my belongings and leave.
