I used to rock with the location on Columbia Dr. but they got a younger bald guy ( can’t remember his name) but he laughed in my face when I knew they could do what I asked them to do which was pull up an account and make my paint. He said id have to go to the original store that the paint was purchased. I knew that was false. He also had a chick working with him co-signing. I’ve literally been shopping at the store longer than both their careers. I left and went to the other Decatur location which was NOT the original store. They found and made the paint with no problem. I called the manager he said they probably haven’t been there long. Lies they both been there hella enough time to know you can definitely pull up an account and make whatever paint. I’ll never go back to that location as they are incompetent.

I have never met rude people like them before. I would recommend not to go this store. Totally uneducated racists.They don't even know how to say "thank you" to valuable customers. I think the manager should be changed.

Purchased paint a few days ago I asked if it had primer in it I was told no. Found out the paint did have primer They told me I had to purchase 2gallons of primer did not need the primer tried to return the primer found out I couldn’t because of the tint in it. I was lied to just so I would have to spend more money. I will never deal with Sheraton Williams again. Lying to people for a profit is not right. I will share my story with as many people as I can just to let them know that they do shady business at the sherwin-Williams on Columbia Dr Decatur Ga

Store visit 4/28; 4:30 pm.Entered store, no one in site. Walking toward paint sample wall display, a gentleman, appeared from the storeroom. He shouted, "I thought, I heard the chime, but I don't see no body". I stepped out saying, " You missed all this." A young lady,with a lollypop stick in her mouth, was now, leaning over the counter. Another young man was staging 5 gallon stacks of paint near the side door.Neither acknowledge my presence or offered assistance. A gentleman enters, approached the counter,asking for an item. The young lady dashed to the rear. I turned to leave, the young lady chirped, "bye-bye".By the way, painting my home. Guess my business isn't needed..

Visited this location on 07/16/2022. I had an amazing experience. I don’t know anything about paint but Michael the sales associate that assisted me was very helpful, patience, courteous, and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

I just left the store, and they were absolutely horrible. I was in there for about 30 to 45 minutes trying to pick out a paint color in my house. No one ever acknowledged or offered to help me in anyway. They just ignore me. There were no other customers in the store. When I asked about the ability to get some type of samples because I was getting my house painted, his comment was we don’t have that. There’s a paint shortage. Try Home Depot. I will never go back to the store.
