The building is very well-maintained with a clean gym, a wonderful pool, and tidy common areas. The community is generally quiet and friendly with a fun mix of residents, including students, professionals, and retirees. Management is excellent and responsive, ensuring issues are handled promptly to keep the building modern and safe. It is a wonderful, owner-friendly community with great landscaping.

A good, secure, quiet place to live. It's close to Emory, CDC, VA and Decatur. Fun mix of residents - toddlers, students, retirees and canines. Very well maintained with excellent management - Debbie Brownhill stays on top of any issues. The pool is wonderful.

Love the community. My auntie has lived here for years. My aunts needed some advice and the nice mgr was kind enough to give her direction while I was visiting. This place is always clean and the staff is very kind

It’s a wonderful place to live. It’s conveniently located near Emory, CDC, downtown Decatur and number of shops and restaurants. The management is awesome and they make sure things are handled promptly.
