The entrance area was clean and inviting, and the unit itself was clean. I like that I don't have to keep up with a key and PIN code to get in and out, the app is really convenient. Mikoya, the assistant manager, was super helpful as well.

I've rented from another location nearby in the distant past, and this experience surpassed the one in the past by far. Mikoya was EXCEPTIONAL! I did everything online, but when I went into the office, she gave me the run down about access, referrals, and was the shining star in the process. Thank you for having a very competent and gracious woman assisting customers in the office.

After calling around and becoming very frustrated with finding a unit, Ms. Mikoya made sure that my accommodation were met. She went above and beyond on helping me with everything. I would definitely recommend this storage.

Always available when we had questions. Our things were stored for almost a year and we never had any problems. Everything was in the same condition we left them in.
