I guess the truck hadn't delivered their supplies. They didn't have some items that I wanted, and the taco tasted burnt and had a funny taste. Had to throw them away

I come here at least once a week and I have yet to have a negative experience. The app has good deals, food is prepared correctly and the location is convenient. Picking up an online order can take a while however.Vegetarian options: Bean Burrito, Spicy Potato Taco, and Cheese Quesadilla are some of the vegetarian options. TB has a whole section for it.

Horrible experience..I waited 20 min in the lobby for 3 hard shell tacos! Wasn't nobody in drive thru or in lobby..maybe they need help or maybe they just don't care..either way when u go here make sure u have plenty of time to wait..oh an your food will not be hot as you would think.

No bathrooms for customers, they don't print a receipt for you. I know the bathrooms are not down they are just lazy. Haft the sodas don't work. No sauce. Don't come a waist you money here. Plus every one here is rude.

I don't know how the establishment expects two people to run the entire store but if it was less talking and gossiping orders would go out a lot faster. I continue to ponder my own sanity inasmuch as I continue to eat here no matter how sparingly.

It’s 3:32 AM and they close at four. However, I’ve been sitting in this line since 310. Only for me to get to the speaker and they tell me that they are only serving DoorDash and Uber orders. So now I have to sit in this line until the people in front of me get the orders that they’re picking up. This is a trash situation. I love the hood, but I hate the ghetto. I don’t know who owns this institution, but move your money elsewhere if this is how you do your business. I am used to the ghetto being a food desert. I was very excited to see that they were open. But this sort of business is below average. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell. I am not asking for much. Just keep the business hours that you post.

I did an UberEats order earlier (2/3/2024). I didn't get the cheese sauce for the chips and cheese I ordered... I didn't get the Baja Blast I ordered but Mountain Dew instead... I didn't get the tostada layer one my crunch wrap supreme SO THERE WAS NO CRUNCH... I didn't get any red sauce on the nachos... SO MY ENTIRE ORDER except two things thing was WRONG!!! ???
