Team was friendly enough. Seems like there are frustrations from online processes versus what's happening in the store. I had to come back & wait awhile. The experience was not perfect. But it was okay.

Don’t waste your time here.I dropped off my car at 7am (an appointment I waited over a week for) and was told it would be done in about 2-3 hours. I returned 6 hours later after calling to check the status and being told, “Your car will be done in about 25 minutes” - only to find my car hadn’t even been touched. After wasting $70 on ride share + taking time off from work … I got nothing completed.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Showed up before close to get a propane refill. Employees were there and the sign said open and the hours on the door indicated they were open until 7pm. When I asked for a propane refill they said they didn't feel like it and they were closed. The employees just decided they were done for the day.

I'll give them 1 star for opening on time and 5 stars for great ONLINE customer support. We were to deliver water to Jackson, Mississippi today for their crisis. We got to our location to pick up the water and the rear door wouldn't open. When I learned that the roadside assistance wait would be almost 2 hours, I cancelled the trip. This would put us beyond our deadline. Returned the truck, and I'm told I would be prorated for the time I had the truck. I shouldn't have to pay for mileage when I couldn't use the truck. Nice place friendly people but system was down needed to order damn. Had to come back next day. Need to have way to pay using other cash payment products.

Evidently they have their own hours so don’t pay attention to online. Was told to be here at 8am, and I was - their hitch installer doesn’t arrive until 11:30 - he was an hour late…Was told that it would take 30 minutes - I’m still waiting for a job to be complete an hour later, and I just get excuses. When I asked when it would be done - i was told by the GM - that it will be done when it’s done. The extra 100 somewhere else is now something I’m willing to pay. #hindsight #neveragain

Awful customer service. On the phone they tell you one thing and in person they tell you another thing. And they definitely don't know how to finish projects on-time. It took them 5 hours longer to finish my installing my hutch package and I had to call to ask for updates, they didn't call me like promised. Poor management.

It is the worst truck rental service, they are unreliable, they ruined what one of the happiest of my family was supposed to do, which is to go to their new home, I made the reservation with enough days in advance and I put it to be withdrawn Via mobile at 6:00 pm in the same place where I have a self storage it turns out that U-HAUL made the decision to relocate the truck's pickup just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from where I live, not happy with That is why they took the liberty of changing the mode of the pick up and I was not going to do it by mobile but directly at the counter, thus making it impossible to pick it up after 6:00 pm I call customer service and the only solution they give me is to change my reservation to next day at 9:00 am in the same place 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Now I ask who is responsible for the emotional damage caused to me and my family? who is responsible for lost time ??? Who is responsible for with only 3 and a half hours they notified me of the change of schedule and they ruined our moving day? who is responsible ???? everything happens the same day that should be my move

Possibly the worst customer experience Ive ever experienced. From the long hold times to the lack of coordination between customer service (phone) and store itself. They promised something they could not deliver. If I could rate it a zero I would. 4 hours of total driving time to get my vehicle to them so they could install a hitch which they still don’t have after I expedited the order and agreed to pay an extra fee for speedy service. Still on hold (40min) to get a refund for services not rendered. Just awful.
