My vehicle check out representative was very precise and informative, she happened to be my vehicle check in rep as well. Both processes were easy and seamless. She was very concise and answered all my questions. Great experience would definitely use the van rental service again.

I didn’t get her name but I believe her shirt said General manager she was sooo nice customer service was AWESOME it was closing time and I’m sure she was ready to go home she helped me with my reservation and getting my storage unit and I truly appreciate it after the crazy moving day I had I’ll definitely refer friends and family

Kyra thank you for a quick off load during off hours. When we called an agen confirmed to receive us, but upon arrival the hours were different. Plenty of room for overnight parking. Walmart and food across the street.

To other storage unit flippers: don't even bother calling they will not answer. They might as well unplug the phones. Manager takes forever so plan for waiting 30 min in the lobby. You can take advantage of their inattentiveness though: don't worry about leaving trash on your way out. They won't notice.

I received great customer service. The staff were professional on each occasion and attentive to my needs. The lines are often long, so it requires patience. I would definitely utilize this location again.

I lost hundreds of $ because of a mistake of this location!
After loading ubox, I scheduled an ubox access 24 hours in advance. However, when I got to the location, a manager-like person (a short Hispanic female) there said that the ubox had been shipped and they can do nothing. I tried to communicate but the manager was very rude and just walked away.
Since I have to catch a flight very soon, I have to throw away all the items that I failed to put into the box. (and my ubox is almost half empty). It is a loss of hundreds of dollars.
I had smooth experiences with Uhaul in the past. But this time, it is really bad. Not only because of the mistake made by the location, but also the altitude they have towards the mistake. I am writing this message in the hope that Uhaul can improve the location and let the employees know that they should not treat custermoers like that.

They allow and charge for trailer hitch appointments to be reserved online for weekends, but when you drive out for the appointment, they inform you that they only install on weekdays

Rude and overall unprofessional! The young Hispanic lady that was working 2/9 at around 2 o’clock acted like I was inconveniencing her when I asked questions. Not to mention, the truck we were renting was sitting up front and she didn’t let us know the truck was now ready. Instead we stood there patiently for extended amount of time and we eventually asked how long it was going to take to which her response was “that’s your truck” and pointed outside. This place desperately needs some customer service training. Take your money elsewhere!
