Absolutely WORST customer service from everyone there. The older black lady sitting behind the desk had a line an was going as slow as all get out. Nobody came to help her… a she was so rude she wouldn’t let u talk she just wanted to repeat her self. The “manager” there… Mexican girl was RUDE and instead of trying to help her customers she carried an absolute attitude! There’s nooooo customer service or work ethic coming from this place! I would never do business with this place again… an we buy storage units all the time! Absolutely WORST EXPERIENCE.

If I could give less I would. The manager the short Hispanic female, needs to learn a lot about dealing with customers. If/when a customer is feeling blindsided by some information they genuinely were not aware of and they have questions and are confused and upset. You as a manager don’t feed into it and in turn make them feel worse. In any situation when dealing with customers empathy and compassion goes a long way. She is a liability to the brand and I will encourage anyone if you have a choice to rent and acquire storage at other locations. She is a liar also.12/2/2023

Waited outside at propane station for service for 30 mins. After ringing service bell a few times over that half hour,, went inside and stood in line to learn no one on site was capable of filling tanks for another 30 mins+

Tyrone, Owner/Share Holder could not have been more accommodating, articulate, friendly, organized, respectful, prepared and timely.The whole process was as smooth as silk. His organization, preparation and anticipation was exceptional.We also went through Tyrone and his staff (also exceptional) to rent a storage unit.The unit is a value vs. other local businesses.Clean, excellent security, well lit, inside access and climate controlled.

I had a UBox reservation and was going to be receiving my box from this location. I had mulitple issues/delays that occured during this process that i will go into detail below. But, to keep it short - this location does not communicate effectively with their customers and is highly unorganized in managing their reservations. Like many of the other reviews id tread with caution using this location.To start - when i set up this reservation i had it getting delivered to the final destination at the LATEST on 8/8. i had the Ubox being delayed in their initial delivery to my home. I was given a 9am-5pm delivery timeslot. I called around 2pm asking to see where my box fell on the list of deliveries because i was going to have it dropped off on the street and wanted to make sure i secured a spot. I was informed that the driver JUST left around 2pm. I finally actually received my box around 8pm.Once my box was filled and ready for the pick up i had the pick up date scheduled for 07/28 and again was given a timeslot of 9am-5pm on that Friday. The driver never showed up. I called on Saturday and they informed me that my reservation was never on their list when i clearly have the email from them saying theyd pick it up on that Friday. Anyways, they didnt have room for it on Saturday so Monday it would come. Again same timeslot for delivery and it was never picked up on Monday. I had to call to find out if they picked it up or not since i was out of town and was informed it wasn't. It eventually was picked up on either Tuesday (08/01) or Wednesday (08/02). It was suppose to be shipped at the latest by 08/04. I called on Saturday (08/05) and my box was sitting in their warehouse because no-one ever made the shipping contract/reservation for it to go from GA to NJ. It is finally shipped from GA to NJ on 08/08 which was when i was suppose to be receiving it at the latest. It finally made it to the NJ location on 08/14 and was finally delivered to my home on 08/15. A whole week delay in my box which ended up with me having added expenses because i was expecting my items at the latest 08/08. I know when it comes to shipping things you should expect delays, but what really frustrates me is that noone would communicate with me and let me know. I wouldn't be writing this compliant/review or requesting a refund for this if they just communicated with me and let me know about the issues. But, unfortunately I never received much communication from them and i was the one who practically had to keep calling for updates etc. On top of all those issues and me constantly having to follow up with them, my initial request for refund they were only going to give me $150 bucks? Come on.I didnt complain about this stuff to them on the front end as they were happening because I don't feel like yelling at someone who is in complete control of my belongings. I didn't want to risk having someone sabotage my stuff and delay me getting it even more because i was being a whole Karen over the phone so i chose to try and hopefully get this resolved after. Currently i am in a back n forth of trying to speak with someone and have had my complaint escalated to upper management. I am hopefully that I will be able to come back to this review and at least speak highly of a resolution that we may have been able to come too.

Had my pickup location changed to here. Uhaul didn't bother to check and see if the 8am pickup time matched up to the location hours and they didn't. Didn't open until 9 and after explaining the situation to one of the employees at 8:40 all I got was "I don't know what to tell you except we don't open until 9". Customer care doesn't matter at this location and Uhaul as a whole needs to make sure locations are open if you get moved to a new location. Unacceptable.

What a joke. Was on a time crunch so made my reservation online to just grab the key and go. Boy was I wrong. After waiting in a line for 20 mins he helped one customer in that time and STILL wasn’t done. And there were another 6 in front of me. No point in waiting an hour to pick up a truck. Always dealt with the one on Covington hwy before and will be doing so again never had a problem at that one.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My Aunts beautiful rv camper was broken into. Tore everything up. Stealing everything. Items that belong to my uncle who passed away. Whoever did this decided to go the bathroom on the floor too. Absolutely disgusting! Anything that wasn't stolen was ripped up. The manager didn't even let my aunt know and he knew about the robbery the day before. The management must know what’s going on and they turn a blind eye to the lawbreaking. They have a camera but it doesn’t work. Very sad.

The woman that I spoke to was soooo NASTY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, CONDESCENDING, & DEBASING!!! Spending your money here only keeps the business cultural attitudes going. We talk about us not wanting to buy from us, but it is us that drive the business away one by one. Before you know it, there is no one to drive away because you have driven everyone away. Do better people!!! Please, do better!!!!

Staff on phone and in person were excellent and saved the day for me after pods (the company) didn’t deliver and left me in a bind last minute. Excellent u haul location. Thank you!

The mobile check-out and check-in process is the best idea. It made my process very smooth.However, I was having trouble uploading my photo in the app. It was seamless online.
