Poor service. The pick up was smooth but the drop off was a mess. Waited 20 minutes at least for a receipt all the while hearing the associates personal conversation on speaker. Took a picture of the gas gauge while the truck was parked on a hill so it read right under the amount it was supposed to be returned at. They charged me 6.00 for a gallon of gas. Not to mention the check engine light was on which led to it burning more than a half of a tank of gas just to travel 29 miles. If I could give this location a quarter of a star I would! Raggedy as the day is long!

Vehicle was bot cleaned. I did not receive the size of truck I ordered. Employees did not try to assist me at all with initial reservations check out or return. I had to wait til the next day to get a truck that i had been guaranteed online.

If I could give this U-Haul location zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrendous. Deazia is incompetent as they come and extremely rude. She has absolutely no business working in customer service or logistics. She provided us with incorrect information then proceeded to blame us for the mistake. The general customer service phone line representatives were exceedingly more helpful than she was in correcting her error. Don’t waste your time at this location. Honestly, this is the second bad experience we’ve had at a U-Haul, so maybe just find a different company.

Assistant Manager Lynn and General Manager Kevon have being so helpful for our hitch installation, they know their stuff, Lynn is a gem! She helped us with all our queries. Lynn and Keven were quick and helpful. Highly recommend if you need any u haul service. Will do business with them again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. Unorganized and unprofessional, did not honor reservation. Had to Uber to a different U-Haul location to get my rental. This location needs a complete management revamp or should be shutdown.

The location at Candler road was absolutely heinous. This review is for that location. Covington highway was great. I didn’t get an email for my experience at Candler so I’m using this review as a place to voice my concerns. I reserved a 10 foot trailer at candler but when I went to pick it up, they didn’t have any. They didn’t make any attempt to find one either. This entirely negates the purpose of making a reservation in the first place. They were so rude and so negative and just didn’t care that they didn’t have a truck reserved for me. They sent me to the location at Covington with the promise that I would get a 15 foot truck at the 10 foot truck rate. When I got to Covington, they said that wasn’t possible because the people at candler hadn’t made the reservation with those stipulations so I was FORCED into a 15 foot truck at a 15 foot truck rate. They broke the contract they had promised me and which we had agreed upon. I will never use U-Haul as a company again because what is the point of using it if none of the reservations or agreements are honored??? It was awful.

They didn't have the reservation when I showed up to pick up the reservation. The whole point of reservation seems to have been missed.

The only reason that this is getting a 1 is because the truck was clean. The customer service is poor. When speaking to the ASM, she repeatedly kept speaking over me when I was trying to ask questions. She reported that she herself was the supervisor when she had another her manager there. She lied after having reviewed my trip indicating that I drove significantly more than I did. The manager was not much help either. When reaching out to U-Haul customer service, they indicated that I should reach out to the store location. Why would someone reach back out to a location which such poor customer service?

They are not professional! They over charged me and I’m still waiting on my refund after, damn near a month! I’ve spoken to the GM twice and nothing. I’m calling corporate next!

Process was easy, customer service was excellent. This was my first time using uhaul. I did the 5 x 8 trailer. Definitely recommend.

I have shopped here all year. Probably rented about 40 trucks from this location. One thing for certain two things for sure. They will take care of you. This is my favorite Uhaul in the South East region. I mean that.
