The one room truck I received was slightly dilapidated, had things wrong with it mechanically. The biggest thing was, I asked for a regular dolly, not an appliance dolly and they did not have one on site. Luckily, I had a personal dolly, which was smaller, but still did the job for me to transport the items to the truck.

Had reserved Uhaul at this location on May 31st 2019 .at 4pm for pick up.Manager at this location said he had already rented it out that we would have to find one somewhere else . Confused since we have a confirmation number and receipt for reservation how that was possible he replied uh i dont know who you are so it was rented out earlier to call Uhual for new location..As an authorized dealer for Uhual i will be following up with corporate about this location. In short unreliable source!
