i drop off my parcel on last Friday 24th april and parcel is an international parcel to india. as today's date the parcel has no status of delivery or update. what kind of service is this .i am calling the store and this people are not responding to my calls. i paid 312$ for my delivery and this is their service lol🤣👎

Really shocked at the negative reviews as we’ve been using this location for a couple of years now and have never had any issues. We’re always greeted as soon as we walk through the door and service is always quick and efficient. The guys behind the counter always go above and beyond for me and my husband. I prefer this location over the one at 2897 N. Druid further up the road. They surprisingly have much better reviews and there’s always a long wait time for us there. 🤷🏽♀️

I mistakingly took my sisters thyroid pills when I was at her house for Thanksgiving I thought it was my antibiotic. I went to send it back to her via ups ground. UPS ground lived up to is name what did they do to this bottle?

I came to pick up a package and it was sent back because it wasn’t signed. Literally showed up 2 hours after the package was delivered. I couldn’t get a receipt or some type of confirmation that it was being sent back not a reason to why they sent it back so quickly besides the need of a signature. I asked the representative at the front desk and he said it was the companies fault. Wasted so much time having to call customer service because they couldn’t help me. Go to the toco hills location instead.
(UPDATE) After speaking with customer service the delivery driver was gracious enough to meet me, taking time off of his delivery route. The driver, customer service and the dispatcher of the area all confirmed that the location was correct and that I was in their system to pick up the order.
Again do not go here. A place with good customer service would have communicated with UPS to devise a solution not just send it back, which I’m still confused as to why this store did that.

At this Location a wonderful young man named Sergio us so respectful and kind help me navigate my phone and help me send package from the moment that I entered the store he welcomed me and wish for me to return he was so awesome

One of the worst location for your package. Staff very rude. They lost my 2 confidential package with personal paperwork. Paid for first class service both time still they lost my package.
If you dont love your package only then you used thier services.
I have to go each department to get my ,id , passport, just a waste of money , time and get disrespected from ups staff

Sergio exhibited excellent customer service. He greeted me as soon as I entered store. He listened to what I wanted and directed me the best way to get it done. After processing, he showed shared the arrival dates of items and wished me a great day. These days it hard to get all 4 points mentioned. You’re lucky to get one. I appreciated hard and courteous workers like him. We need more all over.
