When I came for passport services, Daizy was very kind and helpful. However, their self service kiosk continuously is down. Very frustrating.

The office itself is pretty drab and uninviting, so docking a couple stars. The line was decently long, but moved quickly as they had 3 staff members working. The staff that helped me was friendly and efficient.

The lines are slow because there’s only one employee working at the counter. However he is great with taking my prepaid mail and packages. USPS, hire more people
