This is the worst post office I’ve EVER been to . I don’t know if ppl don’t want to work or they not
Hiring people but this is crazy . 1 clerk and you have over 8 people on the line is ridiculous. Been here over an hour just to post 1 letter smh . Postal service need to do better !!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service—or lack thereof—at the UPS Store on Chandler Road. My elderly mother went there right at 9:00 AM, only to find a line of over 25 people waiting and no one working. Not a single employee was present to assist customers or even acknowledge the growing line. Many people waited patiently, hoping someone would eventually show up, but no one ever did. This is completely unacceptable for a business that’s supposed to open at 9 AM. If this is how they treat their customers, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

The South DeKalb mall location stated it will open at 9:00 am. I stood in line with 10 other people. I left at 9:35 am and the counter was still not open.

Always one person in there. The line is always out the door, then they have an attitude when you get to them.
Definitely looking for a different location.

I’ve never had any issues here. Clerks are pleasant enough and the wait times vary but I pack my patience. Heck, I’ve waited longer at an Apple Store!!

This place is getting worst by the day! It looks depressing, always dirty and always out of something ( how do you not have regular stamps in the post office ( only the holiday ones??, one of the young ladies there seemed to be in a rush or displaying actions as if you’re bothering her by asking questions ( it wasn’t like the place was crowded😳Customer Service is a must in public places yet people in this field care less! #SouthDeKalb

We need this location open, please provide enough staff to maintain dependable hours. Many people in this community come to this location and left disappointed because the post office was closed during peak hours of the day.

this place is understaffed so the wait is a bit long sometimes, but once i get to the front the process is fast and i haven't had any issues. i know the employees are doing their best with what they have and in my experience they have been very polite.

This is a very unprofessional location. When I look on the website of course today it says they’re open until 4 PM. I understand that there is bad weather impending for North Georgia however we are in Atlanta Georgia. And that weather is impending for tomorrow, January 10 for closures. However this location was closed with a note on the door to come back and see them tomorrow Duh that’s when the bad weather is supposed to hit. This place needs to be shut down. There was no rhyme or reason for its existence.

I normally don’t write reviews, but there is no excuse for a post to be this slack. Been trying to chase down a package for a week…. When they did return my call, it was on A holiday and I missed the call, tried to call them back…. Went straight to automated system, came by on Wednesday around the time they were supposed to open , nobody was here… Stayed around for at least 45 minutes…. People were coming in and walking back out, because no one was here to assist them and there needs, it is absolutely unacceptable… they need to do better… or find someone else to run this post office.

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN LIFE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE , THEY TAKE 2 HOUR LUNCH BREAKS . ITS ONLY ONE PERSON IN THERE MAJORITY OF THE TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

This location should be fined. Every time that I’ve gone here in the past 2 years or so, doesn’t matter what day of the week when they are supposed to be open, they are closed. I’ve never seen anything like it. PATHETIC

I normally do not complain or make bad reviews. But I shouldn't have wait in line 30 minutes to an hour to retrieve mail that should be put in my P.O. Box, that I PAY UPWARDS $200 PER YEAR for and don't even have 24-hour access to. This has been ongoing for the past few months. I own a business and receive checks via P.O. Box. I expressed my concerns and the customer service rep/cashier says "You just have to wait until they put the mail in the Box." I replied, "months?" and she just shrugs her shoulders. She was rude from the time I approached the register. That's absurd. Not to mention I never received 2 other mailed check payments from a vendor due to this post office's incompetence. Sadly, I will have to re-route my business address of over 20 years due to this neglectful staff. Such an inconvenience.
