“Great service and care, just do not understand why the $100 annual exam is just a physical exam that is practically visual and does not even reduce the cost of future care practices. I even had to point out abnormalities on my pet because they were not seen during the ‘exam’. The staff also could not explain to me why the exam is so expensive. The fecal exam that requires actual labs is half the price. Additionally, I had to call back to get the lab results I ordered while I boarded my pet instead of being informed when I picked them up.
This is my only problem, but the facility is great.”

“Avondale is simply the best. The veterinarians are top notch and they are very well connected with leading practices in UGA - including connections at UGA which is priceless. They and their staff always go the extra mile. The facility is amazing - clean, fresh, free coffee and an amazing office cat. If you want caring, conscientious service and clear communication and follow ups this is the place to go. They have helped me navigate some very complicated pet issues and having them in my corner is the ultimate peace of mind.”

“This is a great facility that allocates dog and cat food for owners. They also allow volunteers to help out with the animals. You will have to contact the facility about the process of this. GPS will take you directly here just be sure not to pass it because.it sits back off from the street view unless making a left turn in.”

“They allowed us to walk in when our dog had an allergic reaction and our usual primary was closed. They did their best to accommodate us quickly which we appreciated so much!! Despite our being new, Dr. Scott took her time with our pup and was very thorough and knowledgeable. All the clients seem very happy there and I can see why!”

“Just wanted to extend my gratitude, after a very traumatic experience at a near by vet hospital- Dearborn was able to see my dog Hank and address his injuries first thing the next day, Dr. Cely and her assistant Nick (I hope I’m remembering their names correctly) were very gentle with Hank, and despite the recent trauma he experienced- he was noticeably calm with them and seemed to feel safe which was a huge relief for us. I appreciate their support and the vet even offered us a probiotic wet food for him during his duration of antibiotics which have helped tremendously, they really went above and beyond for us and made a nightmare situation much less stressful. I hope we can continue to get care from them for Hank despite their relationship with the other vet’s office involved, because Hank seemed to feel really safe with them and that’s so important to me after all we’ve been through, I appreciate them for showing up for us and showing us compassion in our situation. 10/10 first impression! Hank is doing a lot better now than when we first came thanks to their support in his recovery! ♥️”
“This is our 5th veterinary clinic we tried within the metro Atlanta area and so far the best experience we had! The staff is very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. As soon as you walk in, you almost feel like you’ve made it home. My dog was very well behaved and at ease. Any other Vet we went to in the past I actually had to muzzle him, but not here. “Church Street Animal Hospital was a great vet office, even before Dr. Michelle and Dr. Rosie, from Loving Touch Animal Center joined there. Only by chance, I have been to both, when they were separate entities. That is how I know this is true. Now that the incredible Doctors from Loving touch have joined Church Street it is immensely more able in it's ability to help your pet. Their western + holistic veterinarian approach gives you a whole other toolbox to work on your beloved 4 legged ones to make them healthy and happy!! I highly recommend you going there. I have many examples as to why; including a cat they kept alive years longer than other Vet’s said was possible; helping with another cat with behavioral issues; and helping a golden retriever with cancer live longer without pain. Do yourself a favor and go there.”
