Incredible! Beyond grateful I decided to give them a try! Needed help with a headlight replacement that others couldn't manage. I had the bulb and just needed the labor! And they did it quickly and for free! What a huge blessing! They definitely care about their customers. I could just tell that they keep it real and are gonna make sure their customers feel heard and respected! Something that cannot be said for all repair shops!

Incredible service! I had a flat tire, so I went to Tires Plus (where I originally bought it) to get it repaired. They quoted me $600 and then eventually told me they couldn't do the work. I took my car to Volmaz, and they fixed it right away for $40! You bet I'll be back. Great, honest service!

AAA required that I have my car towed to see if there was a problem that was draining my battery, 2 days before Thanksgiving. Jonathan had the car checked out and replaced the battery by the next morning and identified a couple things that might need attention in the near future.

Great customer service, efficient servicing, very nice staff, and also very nice office. Most autobody shops are not such nice places to sit and wait, and this place was much nicer than I expected. Good prices too. I was extremely satisfied with the service there and will go back again for any future Mazda needs I have.

First time and now lifetime customer. Joe extensively investigated a difficult-to-diagnose problem with my CX-5, discussed it with me at length, and is 1,000% fair and honest in how he dealt with me. Other shops, not Volmaz, tried to sell me on thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. But Volmaz have deep expertise in the makes they repair, and they proved they truly care about solving problems, not about just billing, like so many other car repair businesses. Lifetime customer now.

A great experience at Volmaz. On a visit to Atlanta, we heard loud brake noises - less than a year after a brake job at a Mazda dealer 300 miles away. We expected to buy another brake job (it's out of warranty), but Volmaz determined the car to be safe, plenty of pad life left, just noisy from a lousy rotor job.
Instead of selling us hundreds of dollars in repairs - which would have been completely legit - they sent us home armed to argue with the dealer, and charged us just a half hour for diagnostics. (And fixed a door rattle for free!) Very highly recommended.

This is one of the nicest repair shops in town! They are extremely friendly and helpful. They don't try to upsell, but they will tell you what your service options are to get you back on the road at the lowest possible cost! If you have a Mercedes, BMW, Volvo, or Mazda that needs service, there is no better place in town to take it!

I am so happy my friend referred me to this local shop. I have a 2010 Mazda and have been frequenting dealerships for my maintenance. After my last trip to Jim Ellis Mazda and spending way too much, I knew I had to find a reputable place to work with me and not feel leaving like I got scammed.
I finally went in yesterday and was met with a pleasant front desk (I forgot her name, maybe Kim? Sorry!). She was extremely helpful and courteous.
Jonathan called me after I dropped off my car to walk me through all my Carfax history and what he thought needed to be completed at this stage for my 14 year old car. He wanted to call and confirm if the records were correct, patiently waiting as I pulled up my old notes to compare with him. We were able to agree on a maintenance plan based on my yearly vehicle usage. I paid, picked up my car, and left a satisfied customer.
Very happy to continue coming here for my future maintenance service needs!

OK, I am really impressed.!!! I have an old Volvo that I rarely drive but enjoy very much. I knew it needed brake pads and rotors, and a new timing Belt. I believe there was also an engine mount problem. My usual go to place for repairs is fine, but I wanted to try VolMax after reading reviews....WOW....I showed up early without an appointment to ask about repairs. I was meet by Kim with an genuine "Good Morning"! I believe it was Joe who listened to my concerns and told me I could leave the vehicle. By 10 or 11, I had an estimate of repairs and items they noticed. A couple times, they called me to update progress and ensure I was comfortable with what they were doing and timing and cost. Johnathan called when ready and met me at check out to show me the part that had to be replaced. They really made me a part of the process and I appreciate the extra effort. Not sure if my Volvo will be a Million Mile car, but I intend to let VolMax work on my car from here on....Great Service and Experience ..Thank You
