It was very easy to make an appointment for my Covid booster. But the technician was not friendly or particularly good at administering the vaccine (the only time it hurt out of 4 shots). For vaccines you will have a better experience at the nearby Publix location - it is cleaner and more professional.

This place is just the worst, horrible customer service at the pharmacy and don't even bother calling they will leave you on hold for 25mins just to hang up on you and when you try to call back they just don't answer at all. To anyone getting prescriptions here, Good Luck!

Yes I would like to post this about the pharmacy the pharmacy I've been going there for about 2-3 years and I go there to ask about some pain patches that I really truly need and they just give me the run around leave me on the telephone that's the third kind of left me on the telephone it rings ring click over the ring ring again I know they busy but they could tell me something then to leave me on the telephone like they do and I think that is very unprofessional and I will take my business somewhere else I would never go back to that phone again that is very unprofessional and I would take my business somewhere else that's a shame that I had to go way out the way way down Decatur just to get my pain after what I can come up Street together and they said they can't get them and that's a lie so far away or Walgreens

Never enough staff only way to get out in under 20 minutes is to go at odd times. The staff tries but can never keep up

Got one star because 0 isn't an option. Literally worst pharmacy in the world. Waited 50 minutes in drive through to be told my prescription emailed to them 3 days ago wasn't ready yet. Not a fluke occurrence. Constant piss poor customer service

Delissa at your Walgreens on candler road is the most inconsiderate, uncaring human being I've ever met in my entire life! After waiting in line forever I finally pull up to the window to drop off a prescription. She tells me I have to come back bxc they go to lunch at 1:30. It was literally 1:31 and I already waited all this time. Then to come back wait for another 30 minutes pull up give her the card and rx for her to then turn around and take another guess while my baby is screaming in the back seat! Like do you not have a decent human bone in your body! Seriously! Mind blown! This is terrible! Customer service!

The pharmacy department needs a lot of help. The managing pharmacist can't be efficient without a team of quality pharmacy techs. I really do understand. And to answer complaints as well is not a good utilization of the pharmacist skills effectively. However, the district manager will not provide any assistance in that area of returning his calls. Nor can you get his email either. He's very well protected from such things as complaints it appears. That's what actually prompted me to write this review. This is a very busy location. No one wants to answer the phone which only makes it worse. You are often placed on hold, music begins, then they pick up and press hold again. Many times, you are held hostage in that holding cycle for more than 30 minutes. They are adequately verifying insurance benefits for drugs. And critical thinking is absentee. For example, if your moms medicine has costed a few dollars for years, what has changed with the drastic increase (90%). The lack of verifying prescription benefits will cost you dearly. I was told that my moms medicine, after being covered for many years, was $900 and no longer covered. After, many questions and calls, I was offered the discount card for her medicine at $325 for 30 pills. After suggesting that they delete, and start over, and frustrating the tech to do so, being placed back on hold; they returned with $9.00 charge for the same drug. The medicine was covered by her insurance after all. No apology was given. It's a good thing that I was persistent. WARNING, triple check your insurance with this pharmacy department. I called to complain at their corporate office, asking for the district manager, Rafael Lee, never to receive a phone call from him. They had the pharmacy manager to return his call, as if she doesn't have enough on her plate. My mom has been a customer of theirs as long as they have been on that corner. We choose not to leave because it's in her neighborhood. And if they leave it wouldn't be a nearby pharmacy. However, I caution you about the pharmacy. Seniors please have a advocate to fight for you.

Long lines both in pharmacy and normal store. The staff is clueless. They tell you one thing and then someone else tells you something else. Takes several days to get prescriptions filled correctly they seriously have zero communication skills with each other what so ever. I needed batteries once and they were locked up, the staff said they have no idea where the key is to unlock them. The only upside to this Walgreens is they have slightly more product than the awful Cvs down the street and it's fairly clean.

This location is also a pick-up hub for FedEx and for some reason since FedEx could never deliver to my house I changed the pickup to this location to somehow make it easier for me to get my package. This is a pretty busy location or maybe since it was almost Christmas maybe that's what made it busy. With the chaos going on it took them a little time to locate my package, it wasn't too bad but it did take me a little longer to get in and out than it should have but I can't complain too much. This a pretty big location for a drug store so if I have any needs to pick up some meds this wouldn't be a bad location to shop. Traffic and location aren't bad here either.

Everyone who works here is incredibly hot and capable. I will never abandon them for the CVS down the road. I'm sure they're nice people, but it's just not for me.
