You will sit in the drive through line for over an hour and half to wait for your prescription. The slowest service I have ever had at a Walgreens ever. Don't use this Walgreens for any service. Corporate should definitely do something about this location. Last time I ever give this location my business.

I actually went to the pharmacy here. And it was a great experience. Kind and efficient staff. No complaints. ?

Literally have an issue with my medication every single month. Very unprofessional and seems like they have no idea what is going on. My husband had to wait close to an hour because they could not find the medication that they sent a “ready for pick up” notification for. It’s an absolute mess in there. Strongly recommend going to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy needs a lot more help. One person doing both the front counter & drive thru is not sufficient. It took 3hrs to get basic antibiotics.

Pharmacy staff generally unfriendly and not useful. Consistently has trouble filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Amazed this store stays in business. Avoid having your prescriptions sent here.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful, both at the pharmacy and in the store! Got our prescription quickly and found everything we needed in the store.

Do not come here. These people are rude and unhelpful. after standing at the photo line for 30mins the lady just kept saying "you gonna have to give me a minute so I can put paper in the machine" as she just opened boxes. Finally, I just left with No photo after placing my order online.

Just the worst. Bad service. Bad hours. Avoid at all costs. Garbage. Pharmacy routinely opens late and closes up ahead of posted hours.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. Multiple times I've had to wait weeks for my essential medications, they constantly say your medicine is ready for pickup and then they havent even gotten the order. They NEVER answer the phone and if they do they hang up.

I have been with Walgreens for years. The customer service has really changed. There’s glitching with the app. I put in a refill over a week ago with the app and still haven’t received my medication. Then I call. Spending over forty minutes over the phone- no one answers. What’s going on Walgreens? Do better

Please educate your employees that 1. Walgreens card reloading policy is as follows;3 transactions in 24 hours max,$500 max per transaction, $1000 max per 24 hours and $10,000 max per month. 2. No manager can create their own policy contrary to Walgreens ACTUAL policy and each location doesn't have seperate policies. 3. No Walgreens employee should be directing any customer to another Walgreens for the services they offer at every location under any circumstances.

Terrible pharmacy. Staff always disorganized and arguing with eachother. No instruction communicated on pickup vs drop-off for people waiting in line. They never have common prescriptions available and have to make separate orders. Everyone waiting in line are always in shock with how bad service is.

Worst customer service ever, unprofessional at the highest level, and it begins at the management level. I am not including all individuals (employees) in the pharmacy. Some are genuinely nice and will try their very best. But I can do a line-up. Good luck to the employees that are genuinely doing their jobs.

I came in for a scheduled rapid covid test. I waited 30 minutes. I was told I would be emailed the results. Six hours later, no email. I called them, and was told they didn’t have the capabilities to email, that I would need to come in for a hard copy to give my doctor. It was closing time, so I went in the next morning. I’m sitting here now, and they are telling me the only person who can print is the Pharmacy manager who doesn’t come in until tomorrow. I asked them if they could text me, they said they need approval from the pharmacy manager, so once again, they told me to come in the next day. It is the most ridiculous system I’ve ever seen. I had to pay $128 for a test result that I can’t get a hard copy of.
