Yeah. If you have life threatening issues don’t go here. I had a new diagnosis. When you have a new diagnosis they start you off with a small dose. I told my doctor I will need to up the dosage of meds. They agreed, and sent the prescription to this pharmacy. The lady was so judgmental, the last time I refilled was 30 days. Turns out my insurance didn’t cover until 45 days. I was willing to pay out of pocket and she started saying I look like I was pill seeking. Remind you, I just started my treatment, and this was my second time going there. Wow. My heart hurts, because I have been suffering for years with this disease, tried to self heal and when I got the courage to get treated this is what happens. I feel so ashamed going to this pharmacy picking up my meds. Like and as my lucky will have it, I see this lady every time I have to pick up my meds. oh yeah and they won’t tell you when your stuff is ready. Even if they tell you it’s ready and you go to the store the pick it up, they tell you, it’s not ready and have to wait. So I encourage anyone with serious illness or a disability, don’t go to this pharmacy.

The disrespect, incompetence, the lack of concern or customer service! The excuses to help a customer. Training needs to take place asap. The older black lady at night and the male employees that cleans the bathroom need to be disciplined and demoted! I’ve never seen anything like it in a place of business!!!!

This review is for the BLACK FEMALE PHARMACIST and the TWO MIDDLE-AGED TECHS who have been there for a number of years. It doesn't matter how busy the pharmacist is, she will take time to answer your questions in detail, whether in person or on the phone. She's always pleasant and respectful. The two long time techs are just as congenial. It's a pleasure to deal with them. On the other hand, the black male pharmacist is abrupt, rude, impolite, won't answer simple questions, has no phone manners and has no personality. The newer, younger techs are rude, abrupt and arrogant.

I've never experienced any customer service as disrespectful aggressive and downright rudown right rude As I did at this Walgreens, in my entire life.I used to go to Walgreens before I would go to CVS or Rite Aid or any other pharmacy because I really like Walgreens and the employees always have treated me with respect and kindness.Being that i have first hand experience in retail, hospitality and customer service of all kinds, i know how taxing these types of jobs can be.What i experienced today was agressive, disrespectful and down right rude. I will no longer be s customer of any walgreens anywhere.It is absolutely shameful that someone like have a job speaking to people. Keep the employees who are not yet housebroken in the back stockroom

Disregardless the pharmacy won't take money back even it's.returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if the medications are unopened. Still having rejection issue with them when having experience with the medication.... Will be sued.!

I was told they don't do money orders by a lady standing under a sign that says western union money order service. Website says it too. I have gotten several money orders before.

Couldn't be worse customer service anywhere. You should stay at home and just not shop at Walgreens. The south hairston location takes the cake. The "so called" manager Shenika needs basic customer service skills which she totally lacks. I've had run ins here before but was told not to come back. I wouldn't have anyways. Don't waste your time here, please. Go elsewhere.
