I went there today around 11:45am on my lunch break in hopes of making a deposit into someone’s business account. I was greeted by an employee who asked me to wait 30 minutes or return later due to all the tellers not being available at the moment. I’m not sure why he couldn’t assist me since he was there or why no tellers were present during business hours but i think it’s very unprofessional and looks bad on Wells Fargo as a company.

This location has been dealt a tough hand because they are short-staffed. However, the employees are always friendly and meticulous. I appreciate their professionalism.

I'm not sure why this place has such bad reviews, they are terribly understaffed and any wait it due to that and not a customer service deficiency. I had an appointment set up to open a joint bank account with two other people, we worked with Denzel and he was lovely. Very kind and helpful, I would absolutely go back to this location given the chance.

This branch consistently shows no regard for customers' time and experience. Why even bother to have a physical location or a telephone number? No one at this branch will EVER answer the phone. If you walk in, with even the simplest of questions, you'll be asked whether you have an appointment. If you've made an appointment, you will still have to wait. If you manage to get someone to speak to you, they may or may not know how to help.

Was told I couldn’t make a withdraw went to my normal branch and made the withdraw. Employees here did not assist in any way.

The WORST location possible! Was accosted by 3 persons for money while trying to make a simple deposit! Put the atm kiosk back on Ponce de Leon place! FAR SAFER!

It’s astounding that someone can call five times sitting on hold to talk to a banker and never be able to reach one. This type of awful failure takes real effort.

They lock their door at 4:45. Sign on the door says they close at 5:00. The manager is a rude. Take your money elsewhere.
