There was a long wait. Only two people in line with one window open. Also teller asked me what I wanted deposit or withdrawal. I said deposit. She said I needed to provide ID, deposit slip and funds. I told her that I sent everything through to her. Then she apologized and said that she had looked at the wrong thing. That really upset me because she talked to me when I drove up and asked what could she help me with. I replied deposit. This is very unnerving.

This branch is never opened. I always check online to see if there opened and it says it opened but it’s actually closed. I live right across the street but I have to all the way to downtown Decatur to get help. Just tear down the whole dang building. May as well!

Slowest bank I’ve ever been in. Terrible customer service.Update: even worse than before. Closed the past 2 days for no reason. Won’t cash personal money orders FROM their own bank. This place is a joke. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS BANK.

I wish I could leave a review for the entire company. I am so glad I have other accounts at different banks. I stopped by this branch because the one down the street was closed due to something that happened there. The banker had just finished with someone and I told her that I had an appointment at the bank down the street but they were closed due to an incident. She said she had another appointment but the person was not even at the bank. She called the person and they said they were still coming. They were 8 - 10 minutes late when she called. I tried to open an account online which was also a fail and was rescheduled to go back to THIS FREAKING BRANCH!!!! I got a call the day before my appointment asking me to reschedule. I am seriously considering closing all of my accounts that I currently have with them because this is so ridiculous and unprofessional.I honestly believe it's due to the lack of value for the customer base at this location.

If you're looking to get something done in a timely manner do not visit this location. They are severely understaffed and the existing employees are not motivated to help.

They really made us show 3 forms of id to cash a check! Never had this happen before at ANY bank!!!

This bank is under-staffed. I've had two experiences that were underwhelming due to timing not corresponding with the right people being present. The first: I had an appointment. When I arrived, I was told no one could assist me & I should come back later & they would essentially squeeze me in. They could have mitigated the situation by calling to advise, but didn't. When I returned, I was able to see the banker with very little wait & she was very nice. The second: I arrived at "opening" & waited in the parking lot to see which drive-in lane would open. I sat more than 5 minutes. I thought they were late & maybe the drive-in didn't open until 9:30, so I went in only to be told the drive-in is closed for the Week due to staffing shortage. Also, due to insufficient bills at the teller desk & no one available to access the additional bills, I was not able to complete my transactions there and had to go to another branch.The teller was friendly. I will likely opt for the branch at Flat Shoals & Flakes Mill going forward. Time is money & gas is expensive.

First time at this location. I'm sitting the lobby with a 2:30p appointment. I was told they are short staff and the system is messed up. The young lady in the front is nice. I blame management and the janky appointment system they must have. And the more annoying part, I'm waiting and hear them directing more customers to book appointments online....WHY?! Y'all know the system is messed up and obviously doesn't recognize lunch breaks. Make sure you have time to be disappointed. I guess book really early or really late. ??♀️??♀️
