This bank has horrible customer service. I have encountered several bad experiences here. The manager is very disrespectful and talks to you as if you’re beneath them, nonetheless she passes the same disrespectful behavior to the tellers. It’s a shame that you can’t receive excellent customer service within your own community. It’s also a shame, that I can drive to another branch in Alpharetta, Candler Park or even Dunwoody and receive top-tier service. The way my husband and I was treated yesterday, was a disgrace to us and our community. Do better black people, if you want better. I will be closing my account with Wells Fargo.

Avoid this place like the plague, rude, nasty, and quite incompetent. They act is if they have some sort power over you because they work at a bank. It’s a shame that customer service is nonexistent over there. Take your money and accounts to someone who values you.

My heart dropped when I entered on a Saturday morning and saw a long line, BUT the line moved quickly, the employees were working quickly, efficiently, professionally and pleasantly. Thank you, Wells Fargo Panola!

I was rerouted to this location after not being able to complete my transactions at the branch at Flat Shoals and Panthersville. I tried to go through the drive-in. I pressed the button to confirm my transaction, which was a bill conversion of over $100, could be done in the drive-in. The button was responded to immediately by a friendly person who sounded like she liked her job. I was told I needed to come in for my transaction. The negative is that parking is only available on one side of the building unless you a have handicap sticker. Otherwise, you have to leave the bank (potential safety issue) & come back or you can back up & drive the wrong way to park (another safety issue). They should move one of the handicap spaces to the other side so they don't feel like an after thought. Anyway. I went inside. This is a beautiful, well-staffed location. I waited for a few minutes, but the lady was nice & I was able to quickly complete my transaction.

Unfortunately, enough of us who have good experiences at this branch DO not leave reviews. There are many of us. I felt compelled to leave one today after seeing the score and realized that it is not an accurate representation of this branch. It appears that only the complaints took the time to report, and they scored harsh (1 star) which dramatically impacted the score. Unfortunately, again, these are the kinds of things that corporate offices review when they make decisions for closures. Then these same folks may complain that there isn't one conveniently in the community. I appreciate this branch's location and the staff. They have always been helpful to my family. Many of the patrons are older members of the community. The staff are very patient and do not rush them. I was a client of Wachovia and it was a tough transition to Wells Fargo. However, they have proven to be a sound good bank. Definitely, talk to management, if there is a problem before you leave. It is a part of our community. It has challenges/hiccups like any business would. It's how leadership handles it.

My teller was RUDE. I had to great her and she didn’t even respond. I have a business account with them and needed change in quarters dimes and nickels and the teller looked at me like I did something wrong when we were done she didn’t say anything like Nothing no thank you come again. So unprofessional especially when I’m doing business with there bank

This bank is funny.. I have a credit score of 743 and after receiving a pre approved letter for a credit card and applying, was turned down. Now I see why big banks are failing and online banks are the way to go. Plus, the credit scoring system is a total joke...

I let the teller know that I had 7 herniated discs in my back and shoulders and just left from getting injections for pain management... I went inside and the line was out the door with one teller working so I did my thumbprint and went to the drive through... she would not assist me and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was rudely told no because there was not a manager in the building. The service and attitudes at this branch is awful
