Easily the worst Xfinity location I’ve ever been to.
We came in knowing exactly what we needed. After sitting for 40 minutes, we finally got helped by a guy who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I’m not sure how else to say it — he was just stupid about the whole process. Instead of listening, he gave us attitude and acted like we were the problem.
I have multiple accounts with Xfinity, so I’m used to different service levels, but this was on another level of bad. Walking around with a taco drink cup and an angry face doesn’t make you a hard worker — it just shows you don’t care.
Do better. Hiring people who actually know their job would be a good start. This is to the dude that’s hiding in the back.

Avoid this location at all costs. For a company as big as Xfinity, this level of service is unacceptable. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this store definitely deserves it. The employees are rude, unhelpful and full of attitude.

I visited this Xfinity Comcast location and received a friendly greeting at the entrance. After that moment, the quality of service declined. I was sent to an associate who did not acknowledge me when I approached. She avoided eye contact, offered no greeting, and made it clear that my presence was unwelcome.
When she asked for my information, I attempted to start basic conversation. She gave a short response without looking up. Throughout the entire interaction, she spoke only to give brief instructions. There was no effort to explain steps or engage in any part of the process.
At the end of the visit, there was no expression of appreciation. Only a simple statement asking if I needed anything else. While preparing this review, I saw that many customers reported the same experience. I also noticed replies from the store directing people to another link to share feedback. The repeated complaints show a larger issue and suggest that concerns are not being addressed.
The lack of accountability creates an environment where poor service continues. Based on this experience, I will not return to this location.

I’ve been to this particular location twice within 2 months for separate issues. Both time I was helped by DeAngelo. He was able to set me straight both times very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and informative with the concerns that I had.

Disappointed experience, came in to return my WiFi. A couple came in after me and was greeted and left with their internet box in a matter of 5 mins while I sat here for 15-20 mins with no acknowledgement. I left after I saw they left, so disrespectful of my time

Xfinity is fine, but employees at this location have terrible work ethic, they have terrible attitude and lack professionalism including their manager.
Try a different branch if you'd like to avoid headaches
