I had to come to this location twice for internet equipment. The customer service I received here was amazing on both visits. The employees were attentive, and nice and contrary to reviews I’ve read here they were swift. I will continue to handle all of my xfinity business at this location. S/O to the team keep up the good work.

The most unreliable internet we've ever dealt with. In 6 years with all of the advancements in technology, we expect to have reliable internet. Now it has caused a problem with the cable box downloading updates. They want me to bring in just the box & pay 100$ for a technician to come out. I went on the app & iy troubleshooted the box & suggested a technician anyway. This is insane.

The worst xfinity location and I don't advise anyone to visit this place because I purchased two devices on the 16th of this month and I come last night to return them knowing I paid and purchased here and now I was told to mail it. Why I didn't order it online for me to mail it. I hope it's not a trap. Before making the purchase I asked more than once if I'm not satisfied can I return it here and I was told yes by rep or sales person who served me called MO. I really dont apprietiate the service.

Anytime I go this location I am always please. From entering in the guy that checked me in was amazing. DJ is the person that helped me get the correct equipment and corrected what the online person messed up. THANK YOU ALL?!!! P.S the place is always clean and welcoming!!!

Well we all know Xfinity has a poor customer service but I have not seen something like that all my life. It was a horrible experience and after I ask the rude Sales associate about her name she did not provide it and told me "get of my chair" I asked her about her supervisor but the answer was the same!I went to the receptionist to ask him about the name so I make complain he says I will not give you her name!!! I asked him about the store manager he smiled and says she is the manager! It seems like they cover each other good!I'm not writing here wishing for improvement because I know it will never happen based on their standards that I saw! But for those who read! DONT by phone line from Xfinity not only poor customer service but their very poor service I can't even call!The result of that I will cancel the phone line and working on canceling the home internet too!

This store is horrible , I came in to return my security equipment and old modem and the minute I walked out I looked in my app and seen I was charge $400I called Xfinity and was told that I was binded in a two year contract and since I stopped the serviced and moved I have to pay out the remaining 1 year, 20$ a month for 12 monthsThe girl that took my equipment did not even let me know that I would have a remaining balanceXfinity is a scam and no one explains everything fully

horrible service. waited 45 mins to just drop off my old equipment. store not managed very well. staff knows zero on customer service. people who came in after me were served before me. questioned racist staff. if you are white,you are discriminated against. not the store for you.

Employees looks miserable they are not happy with their job, other than greeting the customers the lady on the side has no customers service standard, not friendly at all, I walked out and called customer service instead to get what I wanted.

The knock-off Apple Store aesthetic does nothing to improve the trademark non-service of Xfinity/Comcast. I waited half an hour to do a two-minute equipment return. Half of the crowd in the store waiting were looking to return equipment, their time wasted for no reason. Xfinity needs to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A on how to help customers with efficiency and care

This is my 1st time coming to this location, and I am so VERY pleased!!! The customer service was quick and efficient!! I was told by customer service to switch out my modem. So I came here and I was in and out in 10 minutes!! I thought it was going to take forever because there were several people in there. The customer service reps in there had great customer service and great energy!! This is my new location if I need to come back!

I came to this store to return my xfinity products because I had canceled my tv services. When i walked in I had someone greet me at the door and they took my name and they were busy so I did have to wait for about 20-25 minutes before I was helped. The gentleman who took my name was very nice and updated me when it was almost my turn. The gentleman who helped me return my products was very friendly and nice. He was able to do my return with no problem and informed me of the new deals I can get but was not very pushy which I liked. Great experience. This location was very clean and even had charging stations all throughout the store.

Dj was very helpful. Was getting internet but had me sign up for that + phone plan. Which he saved me $$ in the end. Very efficient and got a better internet and phone plan overall.
