I need an old hard-drive clone to an SSD, so what do I do? Call up the computer repair shop! I called this morning, hoping to drop it off and pick it back up later in the evening. The lady (who has a serious customer service issue) says “our technician isn’t in today”. Okay, maybe they’re just taking a day off. I call back 5 minutes ago and ask if he’d be in tomorrow. “Nope.” Okay, so when is the computer repair technician going to be back in? “I don’t know” she says. She didn’t sound very pleased to assist me at all. I’ll call back next week I suppose, and hope that a technician is on site that wants my business.

Ken helped me with a virsus on my laptop. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips to avoid this in the future. The problem was fixed in a blink of an eye! I would wholly recommend him.

Follow up on my previous post: I took it back. I picked it up and found that while pleasant they did not fix anything beside claims to the contrary. They refused to continue to try to fix it unless they were paid more money. However, I was told they did all they knew how to do. I am very frustrated and unhappy and would never go back there again.
