I had had a nasty cough for about a month. I had been to seek medical help 4 times in that period.I went to the ER on 2/16/2024. I had severe pain in my ribs, I had pain in my left shoulder, and I was unable to breathe.I went in very quickly, the doctor and his team got me comfortable very quickly. After an exray and a CT scan, they found out that, from my coughing, I had a broken rib that was causing my pain. In addition to that my lung had deflated.After IV antibiotics and pain meds I was out in about 4 hours with my prescriptions and instructions.Three days later my cough is almost gone, my pain is tolerable and I am feeling better than I had in a long time.I would like to let the Doctor and his team know how appreciative I am. Thank you so very much!

I had to go to ER and intake was fast. Waiting for the doctor was a bit of a wait. I was there for 3 hrs mostly waiting. Understandable a stoke patient came in. I was a hit and run victim who walked inWhat was 100% wrong and never addressed by staff was a woman with two little girls sitting in ER but not in a room . The children was screaming ,playing hide and seek with the mother going right along with it.This was in EMERGENCY!!!!STAFF DID NOTHING.With staff everywhere seeing and hearing it.Very very unprofessional to be a ER patient in a ER room in pain and having anxiety issues with uncontrolled environmentAnd the room I was in the floors were nasty you could see stains from water spilled on to it.

I took my son into the ER this morning and this place was exceptional. We were taken straight to triage then into a room. The staff was very friendly and tried to be reassuring when my son got upset. I have nothing but good things to say about their service and the treatment my son received.

Went for X-rays on my neck, that was great. However after 3 days my doctor doesn’t have the results!! You guys need to do better! No one should have to wait this long in pain and not see what the issue is! ?

Outpatient surgery to fix my broken little finger...the whole staff was fantastic! Everything was explained in detail before hand. Everyone was professional and courteous. Thank you all for your excellent care!

They could have found a more hateful receptionist, but it would have been pretty hard to do. The very unhappy lady there at 4:30 pm yesterday is in the wrong line of work.

Had the best experience delivering here. I told someone a few days prior to my induction that I was delivering here, and they said “you’re brave”. I’m glad I took that with a grain of salt.The staff was so attentive, and helpful. They knew every answer to any question I had, or went to go get me an answer ASAP. They were super thorough, and I felt both me and my baby were very well taken care of. Everyone was very friendly, and super kind! The delivery, and postpartum rooms were clean, the food was pretty great for hospital food - breakfast was awesome. I have ZERO complaints.

Had to take my child to the ER the other night and my experience was exceptional. Unfortunately I have frequented hospitals over my life and the ER is usually a nightmare experience. This place was exceptionally clean and The staff was friendly, and I was in and out quicker than I I need could believe. They did not try to push unnecessary tests and treatment on us while we were there. They were very attentive, and did not make us sit in the room to rot. I have heard negative things about this hospital but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely go back if I needed to!

I can’t begin to express what a wonderful experience I had with Brittney Barron, she hands down is the most caring person I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing birth with. She listens to your concerns in office and the hospital. She UNDERSTANDS when you say you’re not comfortable with something and RESPECTS that! While some would probably consider my birthing experience traumatic because it was unmedicated and extremely faster than we originally thought it would be. Brittney was the BEST birthing coach/partner/midwife anyone could ask for because she cares and you can tell that by all of her actions. If I were to ever magically get pregnant again there’s no one else I’d want to use to deliver my baby and watch them grow the entire time. The labor and delivery staff were just as wonderful! I got to meet Jordan, Jeanette, Jeanine and Shoshana my first 24 hours in the hospital and they really made the transition from birth to recovery feel super safe and comfortable with the care they gave to me and baby. Wonderful experience over all with the staff!

Went here for covid in April. Got the bill in the mail on June 8th saying there was a 10 day deadline. Doesn't make much sense why they would wait 2 months to send a bill with a deadline

Worst hospital I have ever been to. They don't listen, they assume they know what the problem is without running any tests. Went there last night. They said I had a simple sprain. The doctor, or so called doctor. Said it is a sprain, but didn't even examine me, or run a single test. Everything I have gone there, they don't listen.

I had to visit the ER for my daughter over the weekend. It was the BEST experience it could have been. Even though the waiting room filled up quickly we were IN and OUT in 2 hours. I have never had such a quick ER trip. The team was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend the ER here.

My doctor ordered x-rays stat. That was on a Tuesday! Here it is 3 days later and STILL have NO RESULTS...I just had to call Radiology and they are going to be all and see if they can get it done STAT!! It was ordered STAT!??
