They send you the results with no explanation that the normal person can understand. So we’re back to square one.

Easy in and out lab testing. Probably took all of 10 minutes for everything.

No public restroom for a long wait until you get called and they need a bathroom with HOT WATER that works to truly wash germs. The blood draw was painful my husband said and left a bruise. Do better. The robot that checked us in is great for younger people but older people need a person up front that helps.

So easy to find location and book an appointment online, and then sign in via text/email. Super quick appointment time - little to no wait in the waiting room. Everyone always very nice. Results come back on the online portal quickly - so nice to be able to view and download. My Dr. does not take my insurance, so thankful I can get lab work done here via insurance. Just have to get the Dr's orders faxed to Quest prior to blood draw. Works great.

Quest is my go to for bloodwork. Misty at the Demorest office is efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I didn’t even feel the needle last time!!

I was in and out within minutes! Misty is exceptional at drawing blood! I have been a pincushion many times, but never with Misty!

Drug Testing stops at 2:00. Just a heads up so no one makes the same mistake I did by setting an appointment after that time.

Sat there for over 30 minutes waiting to just pick something up and someone said they would be back to help me and no one ever came back and no other patients were there!

Being a testing center some people rather talk to a real person not a automated system. I've tried every entry to try and speak with someone this is crazy and ridiculous

Since this company is not smart enough to post there hours for drug testing on there website for pre employment it's 8am. I went at 7 this morning 9/22/23 and was told we don't start drug testing until 8 and she said "it's on the front door"wow" maybe consider drug testing your employees!!! . the lady was rude and very unprofessional. Absolutely the worst experience. If you are a emploer seeking to use quest diagnosis in demorest ga for pre employment drug testing I highly recommend you use another company..

By far the least painful blood draw.I normally get super nervous and the lady who drew my blood was calm and it barely pinched.Not to say it was comfy, but by far the least painful.
