Sat there for over 30 minutes waiting to just pick something up and someone said they would be back to help me and no one ever came back and no other patients were there!

Being a testing center some people rather talk to a real person not a automated system. I've tried every entry to try and speak with someone this is crazy and ridiculous

Since this company is not smart enough to post there hours for drug testing on there website for pre employment it's 8am. I went at 7 this morning 9/22/23 and was told we don't start drug testing until 8 and she said "it's on the front door"wow" maybe consider drug testing your employees!!! . the lady was rude and very unprofessional. Absolutely the worst experience. If you are a emploer seeking to use quest diagnosis in demorest ga for pre employment drug testing I highly recommend you use another company..

By far the least painful blood draw.I normally get super nervous and the lady who drew my blood was calm and it barely pinched.Not to say it was comfy, but by far the least painful.

I have been to Quest multiple times & have never experienced any situations I have read about. In reference to Ann. She is very good at what she does. She has never pulled off the end of her gloves to stick me. She has followed sterile technique every time I have been there. She is very helpful & appears to try to keep that place flowing at all times. I have been in the waiting room with some of these people who expect to walk in & out in 15 minutes. Most of these people have a bad attitude themselves & expect the doors to open when they walk in. It does not always happen that way. If no one is there maybe so but I think people need to realize that you would want her to spend the time needed for you that she spends on others. I have gotten to know Ann & she is not a real chatty person & seems to be focused on what she does. She is the only one there & has to do everything. Blood samples need to be filed & paperwork done. No one is more special than another. I have challenged her at times but she was to the point with her answers & I think that might be misunderstood. If there is a change I will notify you. As to what I don’t like no one answers the phone at this number. There should be a way to talk to someone instead of driving over there. That does need to be fixed. I am an ICU Nurse & she does not know that so I would notice more than a lay person but I think she does her job as she should.

I had issues scheduling an appointment online so I decided to just walk in. I was a little worried about walking in because I thought I would have to wait but my wait time ended up being like 2 MINUTES!!! The nurse I had was amazing and super nice. She got my tests done really quick and caused no pain when drawing my blood. I ended up spending only like 15 minutes there. Definitely would recommend coming here!!

I made an appointment online as recommended and the phlebotomist took 2 walk in patients before taking me back. I waited for 35 mins in the waiting room while walk ins took priority.

I had a great experience. I made an appointment (as suggested when you call), signed in on the computer and was called at my appointment time. Keep in mind the nurse is alone and needs help but like so many other places these days- has not gotten what she has asked for. I can see how easy it would be for her to get behind but was very helpful and answered all my questions.

*Read update's #1, #2* Went to this location nurse took walk in patients during my scheduled appointment. Nurse was unprofessional rude did not follow proper procedure to draw blood. Ripped tip of gloves off and when asked for her to change her gloves yelled at me and was disrespectful. Walked into the bathroom to get another needle and came back and did not sanitize my wound where she previously attempted to draw blood. The nurse pushed the needle through my vein causing it to rupture. Also touched a million things with the new gloves on and God only knows what she did in the bathroom with the gloves on. I reported her to quest diagnostics and still have not heard back from anything. I will literally never go back to this place. The lady working there needs to be addressed. *Update #1* I have contacted their customer support line twice and was told I would get a call back within 24 hours and that there would be a investigation. and it's been several days and no word. The company itself is ignoring my complaints. *Update #2* it's now been over three+ weeks going on four and I have contacted the customer service for a investigation again for the third time today. The company does not care nor will investigate. To anyone reading this please avoid this location if at all possible. I keep getting the run around. I will never return to this place again and will tell anyone I know to do the same. If you value your well being listen to me.
