The staff at the Windshield Doctors were great. They called me back right away and scheduled to fix my window right away. They came out to my work to pick my car up and brought it back when job was completed. Job was completed quicker than expected. They thought they were going to have to recall since putting the windshield in, but everything was good and they didn’t have to recalibrate. They took the price of recalibration off and I had the windshield fixed for less than my deductible. I was very have with the work that was done and the staff at the Windshield Doctors. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to repair or replace their windshield.

Responsive, timely, courteous, thorough, neat, and price-competitive. It was easy to get a quote and schedule the work. They let me know who was coming and when he would be here, and he was right on time. The work was completed quickly and I was given an explanation of what was done. And the price was significantly less than a national company. Couldn’t ask for more!

Windshield Doctors exceeded my expectations!! While it may seem like a trivial task, having to get a replacement windshield can be stressful and inconvenient, especially with busy work/family schedules. Windshield doctors sent someone to pick up our car - take it to the shop - and return it to our home, all within a matter of a few hours. The windshield was replaced flawlessly and while this service may seem like a standard operating procedure to them, it was so much more than that to us. I’ll always use and refer Windshield Doctors!!

Casey with Windshield Doctors is who you need to call for all your glass needs. He answered the phone, was prompt getting me a price, and was in and out in 20 minutes. Communication and services was excellent.

Extremely happy. Very polite, helpful, professional and thorough. They had to make 2 trips because come to find out my 2005 Silverado needed a 2004 windshield luckily before they removed the cracked one they checked the Vin and found it. They had to leave and come back next day with the correct one. They were very nice about it said wasn't my fault the truck is registered as a 2005. They did a great job also repaired a chip in my Nissan windshield. I highly recommend Casey and his company. Windshield's aren't cheap so I was shocked at how much they went up since I last replaced one but Casey was just under everyone else and none are cheap. I suggest repair the chip before they crack.
