Call in at 4:30pm for a delivery update, it’s now 5:18pm and I’m still on hold. One site says you close at 8pm one says 8pm. If 5pm is the closing time nice to put me on hold and wait the clock out. Worthless

I have a credit balance of $314.90 which is a carry over from this year and the time before you filled my tank. You created the credit balance because up front before I could the tank filled you made me pay for an inspection which I don't need as the tank does not come into the house. It is hooked up to a generator in my side yard which does not need an inspection. I have tried to get a refund for over a month now (called 3 times) and I just get the run around. It's in process, you'll get it in 3-5 business days, yadda, yadda, yadda.Just send me my refund and in the future do not ever charge for a service I don't need and cannot get refunded on. The Better Business website indicates I am not the only "customer" you have done this to. Thank you. Linda Trower

The driver ran over my sod and left track marks. I called to complain, and I have not heard back from anyone. There should be a record of my complaint. I have been a customer for 30 years and it is on my account where the tank is located. It is not in the back of my house. It is on the side of the house and we have a semicircle drive. It is best to be in the driveway in front of the house and pull the hose to the side of the house. I paid a great deal of money for my sod and I pay to have it maintained. I do not appreciate having someone making track marks that I need to fix.

I called to get the new Amerilock rate. I wanted to know the rate without Amerilock. Talked with 2 reps from different departments neither could give me the non Amerilock rate. Amerigas is more than twice the rate of other propane companies I have called but they don't service my area so I am stuck.

As with the other reviews, this company has horrible customer service. I called to inform them that I may have a gas leak in my home. They promised to send someone to my home within one hour or I will be contacted with an ETA. Finally 12 hours later I evacuated from my home, and was still on the phone trying to get a technician to come see about my concerns. I had literally talked to several different people multiple times. None of them were local so they could not even answer my question(s) nor give me the name of a local contact person! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with AmeriGas.

I have paid for 200 gallons of propane on the 12th. Eleven days later, it hasn’t even been scheduled for delivery yet. I have less than 8% left in 10 degree temperatures.Please schedule me for delivery! We need heat!At this point it’s clear that AmeriGas does not care about their customers. Can’t wait to get a different supplier!

I order gas from here the lady told me I should have it the next day! I never received it! No one to answer the phone, but a 3rd country person, No gas, No heat and No Thanksgiving dinner! Because I was missed lead on delivery. After finally getting in touch with them on Monday after the Holiday they told me, it was on a will call and could take 7 to 10 business days. The only reason I gave them 1 star, is because they didn’t have a 0 rating.

Received a flyer in the mail that offered fast service and a great first fill price. I called and spoke to a man that was very helpful on the phone. That's where anything good ends. Five days later my tank is now empty and I'm paying much more to have it filled than was promised by Amerigas. The first time you call and push the key prompts to sign up as a new customer you get a person that speaks-live in English. When you call back for follow up you get someone in a foreign country with a thick accent. Very disappointing to call and literally have to give all my information over and over again. The online bots are a joke, with the bot feigning concern about my frustrations. That's where the concern ends as well. I suggest everyone just pay more and support locally owned gas companies. That is what I will do from now on. AGAIN,STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM AMERIGAS !!!!!!

I would give a zero if I could. I have been requesting a new tank for home for over a year. I lease the tank from them and it always have issues with leaking or gushes. I have missed work 6 times waiting on them to come replace my tank to no avail. No one has the answers. Next step is to call the news to report on them because it is getting cold and no heat.

Ever since Heritage sold to Amerigas the company has been completely void of customer service. You can’t reach anyone locally and have to leave a message with someone out of state/country. They don’t honor existing programs that you are on and will add new fees to your bill whenever they can. My suggestion is that you start looking for a new gas company that appreciates their customers. Amerigas is not one of those companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been waiting for 4 months for gas to be delivered. The area SENIOR Sales Rep (Kelli) is not a good example of a Manager because my issue is still not taking care of. Now, I asking to speak with another manager and John keeps hanging up.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Have made 5 attempts to get our delivery, which is supposed to happen every 2 weeks automatically. Ask the customer service rep to talk to a manager and will never let me. Just gives me some kind of excuse. I asked to get our service rep contact information and they said they are not allowed to give that information. Still have no propane for a whole month. Our forklifts are very important in our business. Will be discussing with my manager on looking for a new provider.

Terrible customer service all calls are out sourced to another country. Then they lie to you they say they are going to be there but then they never show up this is my third attempt at getting them to show up. And I've currently been on hold for 9 minutes just so they can transfer me to someone else. I suggest you find a company that is honest and cares. I would give them negative stars if it was possible

Horrible in so many ways. 1st they bait and switch on the price, promising a low entry price, but charge full price. When you press them about it they claim to have no records. They don't respond to emails. Long waits to speak to a rep, who usually says they cannot help or do not understand your request due to a language barrier. They promise to input vital information for delivery drivers, but don't, which results in propane not being delivered. You'll wait on the phone over 1 hour to speak to a supervisor. They promise to expedite deliveries and then don't schedule them. They promise to call or text but never do.
