I switched over from Verizon today and after online setup was done, I had 0 cell service on either of my lines. I couldn’t get through to customer service, so in a panic, I came to this store. The two gentlemen working today, I wish I noted their names, were my heroes! I was in the store no more than 20 minutes and in that time they were able to fix both my phones and get me back online. I have NEVER received that kind of service from Verizon, and this experience at the AT&T store just validated my decision to switch. Thank you guys, for helping me so quickly and seamlessly. Not all heroes wear capes 😉

The agents, Carlos and Erick, went above and beyond to fill my need. I was frustrated dealing with agents via ATT phone but these guys were kind, patient and very professional in helping a senior customer.
I highly recommend this Doraville store to everyone!! Simply superb!!

Two men with glasses are very nice, professional and willing to help customer out. On top of solving my questions, they gave me extra tips and suggestions to utilize all the benefits of my plan. Very repectful and to the point!
