I was thinking it was a somewhat decent price at first but then realized that the price kept rising and it took longer then the time estimate for which I was expecting when they said it would take that long. excuse after excuse. I had to excessively complain twice before I finally finally got it out. Not crazy about the repairs btw

Loving everything about my tuned-up, cleaned-up 70s Pioneer receiver which I hadn't used in years, and I missed it so. The display (which was almost entirely gone) is glowing a sweet blue and everything sounds clean and warm and nice. Loving the radio too. So satisfying. These guys did an excellent job. ???? Cheers AudioLab!

Very disappointed. Audio Lab of GA had my pedal for over a year and they never once called to update me on the process. I had to reach out to them multiple times only to eventually contact the manufacturer directly who then stated that Audio Lab wasn't current on their shipping payments and the repair part for my pedal was sitting in a warehouse in the UK still. Audio Lab claimed this was a lie (no way of knowing) but my gut tells me otherwise based on their general grumpiness and lack of customer care when I would call to check on my pedal. Extremely unprofessional. They refused to return my $50 deposit on the basis that it was used to "Diagnose the issue". I also shipped an adapter with my pedal which wasn't returned. Overall terrible experience. Buyer beware.

4/10/23 Spoke with a wonderful receptionist.. She was very helpful in determining if I take my pioneer ddj-sx2 controller to her location for repair. I told her I was approximately 50miles away from them. She was so gracious as to ask the on-site technician to diagnose the problem with my controller whether it was worth bringing it in for service.. The estimated cost was reasonable, however the wait time to get the part from Pioneer was what ultimately persuaded me not to bring my unit in... Overall based on her helpfulness I would definitely do business with this company in the future... She went over and above to serve me as a potential customer.

Excellent service and quick turn around time! We have a German made speaker and it had been difficult to find the part for repair in the US. Gordon took the time to track down the part. Once it arrived I dropped the speaker and the repair was complete and ready for pickup in 24 hours! To be fair I was told it was a straight forward repair, so gauge your expectations accordingly. It is rare to find such excellent care and service these days! Thankful to find Audio Lab of GA and continue to use our LD Systems speaker with almost no downtime!

I waited months for a three hour job and was not satisfied at all. I give them 1star for taking my money. We need to change the momentum of us spending our money with everyone else.

I have a 60’s Marantz receiver of my 84 year old husband. It’s his baby. Gordon was kind enough to check lightly and advise dead or the sky could be the limitor anywhere in between. I respect the honesty and customer service. He could have charged us dearly and then said oh well. If my stereo which is 2 years old needs fixing….. no doubt where I will bring it. Thank you Audio Lab for your integrity.

SO GREAT! Gordon and his team totally saved my gear! I severely cracked the screen on my TC Helicon Voicelive Touch 2 on tour last year. Since the device is no longer in production, I thought for sure I would just have to live with it. But I found Audio Lab of GA on TC Helicon's website and reached out. Gordon responded via email the same day, answering all my questions. He was quick to reply and did a STELLAR rush job on it for me at an extremely reasonable price. The team there received the unit, repaired it and sent it back to me within a WEEK - crazy! AMAZING, friendly and fast service! Thank you Gordon and Audio Lab! I can't wait to get back on tour with my gear! -Gina

Audio Lab did a wonderful job refurbishing my vintage Infinity bookshelf speakers from the early 90's. They sound better than ever. I received a reasonable estimate and the job was completed faster than expected. Wish I knew about Audio Lab years ago when my other stereo components needed repair. The shop was like a stereo time capsule..so much vintage equipment for sale and in display. Great customer service is also a plus!

Audio Lab has worked on a Teac a6300 reel and a Phase Linear 400 and Phase Linear 4000 II .the Teac they had 9 months,I was told this before I left it. I thought there was more wrong with it than there was .they only fixed what was wrong. It is about 50 years old and works perfectly. The Phase Linear was brought back to like new condition. There is a good reason it takes so long. There are few places that can do this work. They could not have done a better job. I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. Either these folks have no clue or are just not being honest. Over the past 4 years that have always been the same for me..outstanding.Stephen Pierce

READ THE REVIEWS! I'm a college student trying to have fun whilst playing games with my buddies and share it to the rest of the internet. I use a Helicon GoXLR soundboard for all my audio needs and absolutely cherish it. Unfortunately, one night, the headphone port on the back of the soundboard blew out (which I primarily used as my main port for listening). I contacted TC Helicon through a somewhat unprofessional website, and they redirected me to Audio Lab of Georgia... When I contacted ALG, they seemed very short with me regarding my issue, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, considering they said Helicon dumped all their customers over to them. I talked back and forth with them regarding issue, price, timeline for which it'd be fixed, etc. Boy was that a waste of time; it took them 5 months to fix my GoXLR. Bear in mind they said "a few weeks." It was a $50 shipping and examination fee, which also supposedly went to repairs as well. Unfortunately, after calling numerous times in regards to the repair schedule, they deflected the blame to China, claiming all their parts come from there and they didn't know when they'd be ready. Finally, after months of frustration, I talked with a lovely lady named Wendy, who, after a short conversation, said if I forked up an extra $50 on top of the original repair ($100), she'd have them replace the broken part with in-house parts and have it ready in a week. A week... In total, I paid roughly $150-$170. Lost track after the 5 month delay. Had I known what I know now, I probably would've just sold the soundboard for cheap and purchased a new one. Not to mention the LED's in the board look extremely wonky now, but I digress. I would've given them a 1 star had Wendy not come in to save the day, but unfortunately, it can't get much better than that. I'll end it with this, read the reviews, and seriously consider sending it in. Make sure the problem is worth the time, money, and potential mental frustration. Happy listening!

Update to prior review. It's now been EIGHT months and not so much as an update, call, response regarding a turntable I brought in. This place is so bad. Do not trust positive reviews, I suspect they are written by the company themselves or by rallied acquaintances
