Absolute worst service. Trying to cancel because my phone does not work. They won’t cancel unless they send a text to the phone BUT THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING!!!
To activate the phone: need to send a text
To log into my account: need to send a text
To cancel my account: need to send a text
BUT THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING
The account can’t be activated because they need to send a text message to the phone. They can’t send a text message to the phone because it’s not active. I’ve been going around and around and around for days and I still can’t get the phone to work. Boost mobile is useless.
