I will never step foot in here again. While browsing my 4 year old daughter said she had to use the restroom. After searching for the bathroom all the way from the other side, I get there and the bathroom is locked. I waited and looked around the area and no one to be seen then this older white guy comes out of the employee locked area. I asked him for the code and he said he didn’t have it he didn’t work there. But had a whole badge and left saying he was going to get someone. I continued to look for an employee and found one at the cashier. I asked her can I have the code she said the person was busy and she will be there in a minute I told her by this time my 4 year old had been waiting 20min she said sorry and will be there soon. Instead of just giving me the code. Then after that I went back to the restroom after 3 minutes my daughter is in pain saying she had to go. I grab her trashcan and held her for her to pee. This was so embarrassing and could’ve been avoided. As soon as she finishes the lady comes and I just told her she already used yall trash can. She then says I’m sorry the guy kept holding me at the cashier. I told her we been waiting I been told that other guy and she said what’s his name. I said I didn’t get it the older white guy and she said and he didn’t just open it and I said no. She said I will tell the manager.

This burlington is great and it is massive. It can be a bit overwhelming but i mean that in the best way possible. Great deals are always found here. There is so much to choose from. You will not leave empty handed. I definitely will be returning as this is one of my favorite places to shop. Stop by here and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Too long line. They have about 14 cashier lines but only two or three are open. We have to stay more than 30 minutes or so just to get one or two items. They should open a line only for people who are getting less items than people who are getting more items. The lines are so irritating.

And before Burlington decides to give the same generic excuse, you would think it is an automated response. Always the same excuse, no resolution to the negative feedback. Save it.
When you decide to go shopping around 1:00 p.m. and think it's not going to be terribly busy. The checkout lane was wrapped all the way around. You would think that they would have more registers open besides three people. Train more people to work on the registers when you have a multitude of people standing in line! Don't waste your time, leave your buggies behind and go elsewhere! It certainly not worth the wait.

3 registers open only , 2 still active , another active but sort hangers fir the last 20 min
