Had a solid experience once with Caliber in Rome GA, so used the one in Marietta/Kennesaw this time. When truck was returned, two valve caps were missing... small issue. Two screws holding front drivers side mud flap were missing (area they repaired). Only three screws hold this part on so this was a major miss. I did not pick the truck up from the shop, it was towed to me, as it was sent from the Marietta shop to the Tucker shop. Do better.

Worst experience ever. Communication was awful and timeline was pushed back more than 8 times. My headliner needed replacing after tree fell on my car and they did not do so, so I have water stain and black finger prints all over it. Some of The hands on ceiling also are broken now since they had to remove those to put headliner back on.(headliner was claimed to have been cleaned, it was not) I was also missing 2 floor mats and I am still missing plastic covers for my powered seats

Collision took great care of my car and kept me posted every step of the way. They also organized a rental car pick up with enterprise so I didn’t have to find a ride. And normally stressful car accident repair situation was Nothing more than a blip in my schedule. Thank you so much Jasmyn And team!

Great experience. Excellent communication while keeping my schedule in mind and explaining the repair needs. I came in with a front bumper damage after using Caliber’s online estimate generator. Great staff, I highly recommend.

Would be better if they kept me better updated on stuff like a part being on back order which changed the completion date but i was told nothjng about until the day it was supposed to be finished only to have the date pushed again without notification until i mesaged them asking about it as i have to schedule to leave work early to pick it up and they messaged at 3pm to tell me date is pushed back again and pickup was at 4pm. They need a better update plan.

Caliber collision was a pleasure. They did a perfect job on my vehicle. Mr. Howard is very very nice and I appreciate everything he has done for me thus far even after picking my car up, he is trying to help me get the glass fixed by explaining to my insurance, that It is stress related, even though they will not listen to myself or the shop. Thank you for the great job!

I had an amazing experience at this location with my Hyundai Tucson. I called several times and everyone was so kind. They also stayed open a bit later so I could pick up my car and drop off the rental before the weekend. They also returned my car to me cleaner than I left it! I can’t recommend this place enough!
