Let me first say that I love Carstock !!! I had the most exceptional experience with them. I love my new 2014 Lexus ES 350 .The customer service was simply magnificent Eli is simply the best, he ensured he accommodated me in all ways when it came to what I requested. He was also very professional. Jackie ensured everything administratively was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Carstock to anybody they're Awesome ! I am extremely happy and excited about my new car I simply love it! Thank you again Carstock!

Amazing staff just perfection! I came in with my wife looking to upgrade to a bigger size suv. Eli and Jackie are amazing! I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they provided! Very happy with our 2018 Lexus GX purchased! I highly recommend them as they are worth the visit no matter where you are!

Bought my used Toyota Highlander sight unseen, other then pictures Jackie or Eli posted. Both were very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Their service exceeded my expectations. They both made my buying experience pleasant and easy. No doubt would recommend and buy from Carstock again.

The good reviews are justified. Carstock and Eli went above and beyond my expectations.I stopped by Carstock on my way home. The first thing I noticed was all the “Top-Rated Dealer” awards from sites like CarGurus.It was close to their closing time but I was able to test drive an FJ. I negotiated briefly and was back the next morning with cash in hand. You can tell this dealership specializes in Lexus and Toyotas.Eli was professional and friendly. He had the car washed before I picked it up which is always a nice touch. They also made a custom key fob as the vehicle didn’t have one before. They went ahead and ordered the tag I wanted as well.I just drove it 350 miles on a road trip and it’s done incredibly well!

Jackie & Eli are great! Between phone calls and text messages, we were able to stay in touch thru various issues. Even helped me find a CU that was easy to work with, and picking up the car was seamless. These guys are super flexible and accommodating, not to mention helpful and kind.

Update: 1 StarAfter getting my a message from this dealership saying they offered a better price and “I left”, not true. I had agreed to wait and see after the vehicle was done with its repairs to negotiate a better price or see how well those repairs come out. We were very interested in the vehicle but since it’s asking price was more than the KB value and having a fair amount of mileage, I thought it was in my best interest to hold off and see how repairs came out and what the price would be since I was planning on buying with cash. Nevertheless, do not recommend as I eventually found a better deal elsewhere on a different vehicle.Original: 2 starsHad gone to see a Lexus IS I was interested in and found as new inventory on their website. Guy I spoke to was very helpful that day but said it needed some work done but soon as it’s done, he would contact me to see it again after and discuss a price. Few days later, found out it got sold and he never bothered to call back as promised.
