Terrible Treatment When Seeking Information About a ProductI recently had an extremely disheartening experience when I reached out for more information about a product at this pawnshop . As a potential customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive the assistance I needed. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.Upon entering the store, I approached a sales representative and politely asked for further details about the item I was interested in. Instead of receiving a warm and helpful response, I was met with indifference and disdain. The salesperson seemed bothered by my request and made it clear that my inquiries were an inconvenience to them.Not only did they provide minimal information, but they also seemed unwilling to engage in any meaningful discussion. It was as if my questions were an unnecessary burden to their day. I felt dismissed and devalued as a customer who wanted to make an informed decision. This level of treatment was completely uncalled for and left me deeply disappointed.Customer service should be a top priority for any business, and it was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism. Every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, regardless of the nature of their inquiries. Unfortunately, in this instance, the treatment I received fell far short of these basic expectations.I hope that the management of this store takes this review as an opportunity to reevaluate their approach to customer service. It is essential to foster a welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable asking questions and seeking information. By doing so, they can provide an exceptional experience that will not only retain loyal customers but also attract new ones.In conclusion, my experience at this store was deeply disappointing. The dismissive and unhelpful treatment I received when simply seeking more information about a product was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that other potential customers do not face similar mistreatment in the future.PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS somewhere else Also the lady Patricia is very rude and unprofessional

Worst shop to deal with. Lazy workers. Will rip you off. Close early most days. Fat dude who runs the place is in over his head. Essentially they are refusing to allow me to pick up an item for two weeks with no real explanation. Used pto to pick up an item. I would prefer a refund of the 800 dollars but they would most likely provide a bs excuse.

When a pawnshop is open for business but could care less about your business go there. This should not be your go to pawnshop if you are looking to be able to negotiate. They don't even do price matching of the same product. For example they had a product that they listed for $40 I found the same item for $30 and free shipping. Their lowest offer was $35, I even wiggled a little and offered $32. No deal. Impulse buy saved.

They just lost a potential $800 gun sale. I literally mean JUST (45 minutes ago) because this trash behind the counter was more concerned with chatting with some kid she just sold a cheap knockoff game system to, than letting me see a gun I had been looking for for sometime. They also need to change their name; nobody who works there is even from America lol.

These people are Crooks BEWARE. Sold me a stolen ipad I could not sign into. Refuse to replace or refund. Unprofessional, nasty attitude staff. Crooked business practices. Don't do business here. Selling product that is stolen. No charger and does not work. Run don't walk from this place.

This place gets worst every time I go there. No matter how many people behind the counter they never have time to help the buying customers. They must be killing it pawning things! When you finally get help from one of the girls they act like they're doing you a favor. Prices are always close or even above retail. Always check to make sure! I've only been lucky once there getting a decent deal. Too bad this used to be my favorite pawn shop.

This pawn shop is clean and fair. It's kind of expensive place to shop at. They are good when you are selling. Corporate atmosphere, so the employees are kind and respectful.
