This was my first time reserving a unit at this storage facility, and I’m impressed! The prices are very reasonable, making it a great choice if you’re looking for affordable storage. A special shoutout to Ms. Stephanie, who went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service made my move-in experience outstanding. Highly recommend!

NEGATIVE 5 stars!
DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!
This place went down hill fast after the buy out from the previous owners!
My unit was broken into and was absolutely trashed! And you know what? The management here did NOTHING to let me know that someone had broken in and that there might be things missing. If they were doing their jobs and checking regularly on hallway units like they should, they would have noticed that hallway units have had door vent broken. Like come on, you’re replying to google ratings about this exact issue for Christ sake. Let people know! I went in 7/26/25 and I just noticed that there are reviews going back 6 months with break ins. You’re purposely not notifying people in hopes that they won’t notice.
Secondly my monthly payments went up by a big jump right from the start, which should have been a sign right from the beginning. My monthly payments went up every so often with the previous owners but only by a few dollars, not by nearly half of my monthly payment.
If you enjoy your stuff being stolen, your hard earned money being borderline stolen as well, and pathetic management. You found the storage facility for you!
7/28/25 Update:
Talked to the “new girl” in the office who is obviously playing dumb about this things going on.
She boldly lied not once but three times. There are people living on site to which her lie was “Noooo, no one lives here. These aren’t apartments”. Second was “We walk the hallway units every Friday”. If yall walked units every Friday they would have noticed the broken vents, and at least made an effort to contact tenants. Third was about break ins being over a year ago. Like what!? I was here late January 2025 my unit was fine then. So you’re not walking hallway units like you said or just decide to “meh, not my problem” the situation.
Inexperienced and just downright lazy people working here.

I HATE the new management/owners. They're making paying my bill difficult and add fees to everything when I try to pay it. All of which has never happened before management changed. And they just upped the fee from what it was before. As if this economy isn't terrible already, these ppl are squeezing more money out of us! Please change back to original management!
UPDATE: LOTS OF BREAK INS!
I accidentally walked into the wrong hallway one day and even though it wasn't my unit there or my belongings, I felt this needed to be shared for the people that this does happen to.

Horrible from the top down… dm who is too afraid to get on the phone.. down to Stephanie who gives you empty promises. I will never purchase another auction from this facility. CUBESMART should be ashamed of themselves.

-10 stars. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable management and customer service. They had no problem taking my money but failed to provide the unit I paid for. It was NOT AT ALL what I asked for. It was smaller than what I paid for. To make it worse they never bother to check the condition of the units before assigning them. There were built in wooden shelves that were way too big for the size of the unit. They never told me this unit had that in there and there is no easy or simple way to remove it and get it out, if possible at all! Also, I've been telling them the door to my unit was falling off. The nails popped right out and has made it difficult to close the door. I've been waiting for them to fix it or send someone to fix but again, they are INCOMPETENT. I had to get a friend out here ro help me fix it ourselves because clearly CubeSmart weren't going to do anything since they already got what they wanted. I've been having issues after issues with CubeSmart and I'm fed up with it! They are not about business. They are SCAMMERS!! DO NOT RENT WITH CUBESMART!!!
