Restrooms are only for employees I was told... Degradation of customer experience. They want you to shop but if you need to use a restroom you'd rather leave..

They don’t like blowing up balloons. You go and ask for a specific balloon they’ll tell you they don’t have any and that’s just the way it is with an attitude. Been there a few times and always same issue especially in the mornings. That’s why I go get my balloons at the dollar tree off of Lavista rd. It takes two seconds to blow up a balloon but I guess when you don’t like to work (like they say in their words) that’s just the way it is.

I visited yesterday with my husband and my 3-month-old daughter. I will never come back to this location. It's been about 5 years since I've been to this particular one and the inventory has changed so much that it is not worth going. I didn't appreciate it being followed by a Spanish worker just because we are a young black couple with their child it doesn't mean that we are thieves. The cashier may or may not have wondered why I never spoke to her and that is the reason why. Apart from the store being completely messy and unable to find anything that I came there for I was already irritated with the nonsense going around. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION IT! I DEFINITELY WILL WARN PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING THAT IS ON THE WEBSITE ?

when i went to go buy something it said it was close because it was short of staff but it was just a lady and me And there was one staff They could have attend us theese people are lazy people
