I have been going to this Firestone for well over 15 years. The staff is always nice and always is helpful with saving money which is hard to believe for a business.
Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by name by the employees. I forget the managers name however is he always so helpful and nice.
Same thing for Chris Wright. He knew I was struggling a bit with money right now and he helped me so very much with finding the best tires for me. He also made sure my car was ready when promised. With a lot of stores now a days that have rude employees, this one stands out for its customer service and honesty.
I highly recommend this Firestone on Buford highway. You will not be disappointed.

It’s probably my fault at this point, but I’ve scheduled appointments, online and in-person, on three different occasions only to have an issue when i got there. Yesterday, Feb. 2nd, I scheduled an appointment for today at 2:30. I get there at 2:28, the door is locked, there’s a scribbled paper saying “out to lunch, be back at 3:30”, a guy sitting in the lobby area, and techs in the shop. I called the phone number and obviously no answer. I would have rather you called and asked to push my appointment back to another day, but that would have been too much.

My Evolution MR. runs extremely well. The car is very expensive, but when I got it back. oil prints were on the door, the trunk, the hood and my fuse box under the dashboard was left opened. and A cable was hanging down from under the steering wheel....Not good for me, I don't like my cars dirty, because I take care of them.....help your customer and do the same. see you next visit, my car runs better, so much better.

I had two flat tires. Chris was kind enough to send me some photos of the places where the person slashed them. Unfortunately they didn't have my replacement tires. But he was kind enough to ensure that my car keys were turned over to another tire dealer in the area who could supply what I needed.

The gentleman there were very kind, very thorough and got the job done quickly.! I was extremely happy and was able to continue on my day taking the girls on a trip to the aquarium. ?

The front desk black man with the hoodie and dread hair was the rudest front desk as if he hated his job and talk with his throat and acting like an gangster . Does Firestone really getting down to this level in customer service and that guy do not fit to be in that position OMG Chris the previous front desk was amazing though !! 5885 Buford hwy I visited Jun 26 around 8:00 am
