I will never do business with Goodyear again. Here is the story… I have done business with Curtis at Goodyear sine 2019 and he always done good business and handled any issue I had with tires, but that pos bobby just ruined that. I bought a set of tires from curtis in 2023 and notice one of the tires had cobweb and looked like it was in the bottom of the container. I didn’t pay it too much mind, until yesterday when I notice one tire has rotted on the sidewall. I did my research and found out how to tell the date that the tire was made and found out that the dry rot tire was made on 1/4/2014 and the other 3 were made 3/14/22, so the tire was 9 years old at day of purchase. Curtis said bring it by and he would see if he could get it handled. I get there and he directs me to bobby. I showed him the receipt and he glanced at it and handed it back and look at the rotted sidewall tire and tell me that it was ok……. Any signs of rot on a tire should be replace due to failure, but he continue to say it won’t fail to put my safety at risk. At this point I started to get agitated, because clearly he had no intentions to make things right. He then tells me he has to send it to goodyear for them to decide and say that the life of a tire is 7 years… BRO! I WAS SOLD THIS TIRE WHEN IT WAS 9 YEARS OLD!!! Then he says the warranty is for 5 years, so you want me to drive on it until it explodes on me and on top of that tells me to calm down….. I drove all the way over here wasting my time and fuel and you telling to calm down or you won’t do your job? Note that I never used any profanity or made any threats and he says calm down like he my boss. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with the company that employs you, so you can’t tell me to calm down! Since I find out you sold me a 9 year old tire at full price and won’t replace it unless I bow down to you. bobby you know what you can eat and I will never ever spend any money with good year tires. And don’t worry about calling corporate. You’ll be on hold for an eternity.

Truckers please avoid to go this place. Don’t look the reviews. I did this mistake. They love to steal your money. Please confirm the price before they start work in your truck. Talk nice but later will show you big bill and will say no I can’t do nothing. Our system showing this much price I can’t help you. Never go here.

The guys there help me out. Got me. The tires I needed for my dump truck got me the rims I needed. I got me a credit card. I tell you what I don't know what took me so long to go to Goodyear commercial tires. I recommend these guys if you drive a truck. If you need tires these guys are great. They're fast. They're smart and they're very easy to talk to. Even the manager I believe from Greer was there. He was very nice. Very helpful to get me to go to a closer area for my tires. It was great place
