Javier was nice at first and when asking for a deposit he stated how much did I have towards it, I said is $500 ok? He said yes ! I went with another mechanic and he of course didn’t like that and said he was keeping my money I let him know the next day that I was going with someone else bcus he quoted me way more, and the other mechanic was giving me a loaner car. I tried to bargain with him he became rude and ended up refunding me $47 and pretty much said take it or leave it. Wouldn’t recommend him, shady .

Javier no longer owns or operates this shop but the new owner is using his business name and folks’ tendencies to just “drop by” to keep his customers. This kind of shady business practice is just pathetic and is proof enough the new owner isn’t a good enough mechanic to have his own loyal customers.

I've been with this shop through two cars now and my partner has stayed with JM auto through several cars as well. We've covered most of the bases of minor to major repairs between the two of us including solving an old Jeep Cherokee's death wobble. They are honest and straight forward, always checking with me before making repairs, letting me know if it's worth the money and breaking down the cost. This is the mechanic you go to when you don't know what's wrong with your car and want to get it right the first time. They are incredible and efficient problem solvers and I wouldn't trust any other mechanics at this point (and I've had my fair share of bad experiences elsewhere).

Everyone I have worked with at this auto shop has been knowledgeable, personable, and fair. I cannot recommend them highly enough— fair pricing, good service, and I feel like I have genuinely formed relationships with the mechanics here. JM Auto is the best!!!

I can't recommend this mechanic repair shop enough! After dealing with other mechanics for over a year and still not having my issue resolved, I was feeling pretty defeated. That's when I decided to give this shop a try and I'm so glad I did.Right from the initial assessment, they seemed confident that they could fix the problem. They were able to pinpoint the exact issue and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. The shop was very professional and clean, and Mr Orlando & his team were friendly and knowledgeable.The repairs were done quickly, and the best part was that the issue was finally resolved! My car has been running smoothly ever since, and it's such a relief to not have to keep worrying about it breaking down on me.Overall, I had an excellent experience with this mechanic repair shop.
