The Manager speaks Horrible English and had no solutions for my problem. U need to know Spanish to go in there and he wasn't even Nice about it.

Went to switch from my previous service provider and was told by the employees at this location that I couldn't and to try Cricket. As i was heading to cricket, I saw another metro nearby and stopped by to ask another question and was told I could switch and keep my line so either someone didn't want to work that day or the employees here aren't educated on what they can/can't do either way, its bad for business.

Hey I went over there to put a new line for my phone and the guy on the customer service I don't think that he like his job I don't recommend people go over there they have a horrible customer service ?
